Average college for Post Graduation or Management

Remarks :

Very very average college, the management is also very average

Course Curriculum Overview :

it a two years programme which include 4 semester exams and 8 internal exams. internal exams and projects are basis of 25 marks (total -100 ). external exams are organised by university (for 75 marks) in differents exams centres. Attendance in tecnia is really not a big deal, they don’t really organise any industry visits But Technia is very good in terms of events like They keep on organising seminar, college fest, celebrity events.

Placement Experience :

In terms of placements and internship it is very very average, they have few options for marketing and finance students but if we look into HR specification there is almost no options for them. They don’t have any preparations to guide students for placement or internships. The average percentage of students placed is 10-15%.

College Events :

varchasva is there annual festival which includes ramp shows, dance challenges, comedy shows etc. they also organise National conference on various topics and good number of seminars and workshops every year. which is definitely a plus point as it keeps all the students engaged

Fee Structure And Facilities :

feasible fee structure - approximately 1.5 lakhs for 2 semesters and fees is paid on yearly basis via cheque or DD. They have bank next to college so it makes the process very easy but the reception staff is very unprofessional, they never guide you on the exact process and very illiterate too.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No they don’t have any scholarships opportunities and i never opted for any loan during the course or before the course as well, soo i am not really aware of the loan and scholarships part.

Campus Life :

Campus life is very good and very chill as they BJMC students which used to organise small events on regular basis. canteen is not well equipped but have decent food options. Gender ratio is 50:50. they have a seminar hall which have good infrastructure. library is also very decent have all the necessary books available which we can reissue in every 15 days

Alumni/Alumna :

No, Not at all. seniors don’t even interact with new batches and are of new help during my course

Admission :

Technia is affiliated with GGSIPU-Dwarka and they have Common entrance Test which is organised at university level. They usually have forms available from february mid till March Mid for different courses ( which includes some fees approx 1000/-), in a month you get the notification regarding the examination dates and centre address. post entrance(which is multiple choice questions) you get some rank and on basis of the rank you will be provided with list of colleges which is again organised in main university. I took admission in Technia institute due to location and i have been there once during my graduation days so i was bit familiar with the environment as well. you have to submit a (40% of total fees ) DD in university while selecting the college.

Faculty :

It’s a mix bag in terms of lectures- there are very senior faculties as well as some very junior level lectures with minimal experience. Total of 40-50 lecturers for graduation and post graduation programmes. placement of this college is below average and the teachers are of no help at all. the senior level lectures are very knowledgeable and have good qualifications.

Campus placements of DMS IIT Delhi are better than baby and new IIMs for sure. Details about highest and lowest package can be referred in the DMS website. The data keeps upgrading every year. On average, students get a package of 25 lpa. Our college is known for 100 percent placements and experiencing such great summer internship opportunities with companies like HUL, Google and Mondelez International , I have no doubt about companies coming for final placement. After all, it is IIT DELHI.

Remarks:

The location of our college is very good. It is in Qutub Institutional Area in Delhi NCR. This gives vital advantage when it comes to extracurricular activities and gaining more exposure. Though we face competition from iims and lack brand name as big. But we gain sufficient exposure to overcome all this.

Placement Experience:

The placement and jobs opportunity are average. In our college the companies are coming like giving average packages 4 to 5 lakhs. This is an average college. And the SIPs like only sales profile are coming. You have to sale like insurance, debit card credit card stock. You have to call some other people like cold calling etc. The stipend is performance based. 1000 or Max to Max 6000.
