Remarks :
There is no hostel in the college. The library is good and the library staff is also supportive and helpful.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is based on Indian as well as foreign history. It gives us good knowledge about what we should choose for our post graduation. The carriculum is decided by the Goa University as the college is affiliated to Goa University the examination is held by them.
Placement Experience :
There is no placement available in the college. But sometimes some companies come for campus interview.
College Events :
As our college is a multy faculty college we have events from different departments and faculties. The BBA department has its own event, the post graduation department has its own events and other graduation department have their own events. There is good participation of other colleges from Goa.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It's feasible and even who are financially backward can afford the education. The modes of payment are through debit or credit card and NEFT, DD through any bank. There no additional fees and the college provide transparency in the fee breakdown. Some times they allow the students with financial assistance.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There are scholarship available for reserved categories and the college management also offers scholarships.
Campus Life :
Gender ratio is mostly equal, student have funweek in December. There are and number of workshops and talks conducted by resource person, we have student diversity as students come from rural and urban areas and there are students from Afghanistan. There is equality among students and still today there are no cases os ragging in the campus.
Hostel Facilities :
No, there are no hostel facilities available. As the students are from nearby localities and there plenty of availability of transportation to the college. So students don't need to live on college campuses. But there is availability of private hostel near the college.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes the alumni association of our college is very active and helps the students whenever they need them.
Admission :
I took admission in this college for third year for history honours course. I was studying in other college for first and second year. The addmission process is easy, as the teachers are very much helpful. You need an Bonafide certificate, self attested marksheets of previous examination and a passport size photograph.
Faculty :
The faculty is experienced and skilled. They are very professional and solve the queries of students whenever the students need them. The faculty also gives knowledge about the current affairs and correlate the syllabus with the examples of daily life.
