Course Curriculum Overview :

8th sem course. even started from aug. odd started from feb. in between 2 vaccation summer during odd sem last and winter at the even semester last. 6 days per week classes are going of per day class started from 0800 hrs and end 1530hrs. sunday off.

Class Size : 52Course Fees : INR 3 per year

Placement Experience :

there are many courses organised by the college and placement companies are coming according by that.Bsc courses cadet gets their placement during the course period from last 5 year who cleared their all semsester examination.

College Events :

technovission ganpati celebration passing out parade of all courses. independent days republic days onam. tamil new year teacher's day id ul fiter guru nanak jayanti holi diwali national and international seafarer day labour day pongal chrismas.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

12 lakh for btech. 9 lakh for bsc. 3.2 lakh for gme. 1.60 lakh for gp rating. 2 lakh for eto. per year approx 3 lakh in that tution,hostel,food, training. 400 rs per semester maintaince charges. 25000 caution deposit. 25000 imu courses charges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I got full amount of courses fees by SBI bank education loan with summited qualatoror. there are many documention done by bank.

Campus Life :

We should be availed in campus during working days and we got shore leave on every sunday timing 0600 hrs to 1800 hrs. Only boys cadets are allow. many sports are available like outdoor and indoor cricket, vollyballs, basketball, football, gyming swimming etc

Hostel Facilities :

4 cadets per room. in room attached bathroom. 4 bed.1 over other. 1 fan. study table with lights. 1 lakh per year for hostel and galley charges. bathroom and toilet should be cleaned always and room should be ship shaped.

Hostel Fee : INR 1 per yearExternal Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

seniors are very helpful after 14 days of courses started becouse in that petiod no one allowed directly to the fresher according to college regulation.

Admission :

10 th english marks 60%. 12th with 60%. Imu entrance passing. councelling. college admission interview. medical. eye 6/6 for bsc cadets. under the normal bmi no colour blindness. fee payment atleast 1 year documentation verification. admission done if you passed all procedures.

Faculty :

7 hours per day classes.means per day seven faculty with different different topic follwed by semester syllabus. they are followed per day topic according to syllabus and completed witn in a period of time. In between weekly test held by the college and included in final semester internal mark.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
