Remarks :
Management was good. But they need to empathize on study and placements also.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It's fare. total of 8 semesters was there. Total duration was 4 years. There were a total of 40 approx final exams and mid sem exams for each semester. Practicals were taken by local faculties as well as invigilator's from other colleges also. We had internal and external exam structure for every semester.
Placement Experience :
It was not good at those times. Very few companies visited at that time. Also, they were concentrated on exams and was looking for the quantity over the quality. But now the situation has been changed. I have heard that lots of companies are coming nowadays for placement.
College Events :
Sports day celebration starts every year during winters. They have included multiple sports like cricket, badminton, table tennis, kho kho, kabaddi, basketball, volleyball and many more.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It was not that expensive. In the first year, they charged more as compared with other years. As they have included bus fee and curriculum fee, library fee included in the first year, so it was high. But from second year onwards fee was not that high. It was quite a transparent process for a fee, as they were taking the same fee from each student.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No, I haven't availed any loan. As my father did not agree to take any loan at that time so I did not opt for that.
Campus Life :
If we talk about gender ratio, it was around 80+20 in my batch. That means, if we calculate 100 students, 80 were boys and 20 were girls. Annually we had a grand function named as samagam, which generally start in the evening and occur late in the night. Also, sports played every year, I have also taken part in the tug of war and kabaddi during my third and final year. It was quite fun at that time, as we all wait for 1 hr in ground for college buses.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I have not opted for the hostel as I was residing with my 2 school friends. As they also have taken admission into the same course, but their colleges were different. But I have seen the hostel building and many of my classmates were residing there. So overall, the college hostel was good, in terms of food, lodging and security.
Alumni/Alumna :
Not really, as our college was newly established with the old group name. So we had seniors only from different college in the same campus. As there were 4 colleges there within the same group.
Admission :
Got this college during counselling, it had good value for education at that time. Actually, I got confused by the name of the college as there were 3 colleges in Bhopal by the same name. So I have taken recently opened one by mistake. But ultimately it was a good decision.
Faculty :
They were good. But most of them were recently pass out students from other colleges. So as far as theory is concerned, they had knowledge but they were not good practice. So we have learnt multiple things by own and done many types of research and practicals.
