Here you will get a decent college life but it can't be said about the nightlife of college, yaa there are some restrictions but it can be Avoided. Overall if you want nit or iit but felling short of marks, you can get here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Good, 2 mid term and 1 end sem in 6 months. This college is and autonomous college and it is certified by RGPV, it follows the same exma patterns. In each semester there would be two or more mid-sem tests. Then there would be practical internals exams. And then there would be final exams or end semester exams. After end sem, there would be final practicals or externals. You will have to perform well in all these to get good pointers.
Placement Experience :
Generally, in the first-year college doesn't provide an internship. In the second year and afterward you will get some chances for the internship offered by different firms, but you will have to be enough qualified for that. I suggest you find an internship yourself. Placement here is pretty good and some of the best among the state engineering colleges. If you study well throughout the engineering, you will end by getting one or more job offers. And even if you are not a bright student, you will have all the chance to sit in placement tests. The average placement package is different for different branches. The overall average placement is approx 3.75 lpa

For the first year, there are so many events which are organized by different clubs in the college, almost every weekend. Campus Life :
The campus life here is pretty good, but the campus is not that large as it is in any IIT or nit, but it is well managed. The college is in middle of City,so reaching here is not a tough task. Gender ratio is pretty nice it is about 70:30 to male: female. Labs here are exceptional and very well managed and are some of the best across India. Here are many science and cultural clubs, and so are the competition conducted by the clubs. Overall it is a nice experience.
Hostel Facilities :
Here you will get a hostel also based on merit. The hostel is pretty good and it is better to be in the hostel then taking a room near a college. Hostel support is decent and you will have to share the room with one student. The mess food here is exceptional and very good.
