Remarks :

I just have good memories of the college nothing bad. Overall it is very good college for girls. Secure with good knowledge. Just that college needs more space for extra sports activities.

Entrance Preview :

Admission process was through the exam and marks in 12th Standard. Since the process by which I got the admission might have changed since it is 8 years back story now. I opted for this college since it was good for girls, good studies, hardworking teachers and good hostel. Not very high standard college but good reputation and very good studies.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was good. I opted for BE in computer science.

Internships Opportunities :

College didn't offered any internship. You have to approach different companies where you can get internship. Generally companies in IT do not offer stipend except some start ups.

Placement Experience :

The placements at the college was very good at the time I completed my BE. It also depends how is the market but yes compare to other colleges in India I would say it was very good. Many good companies came in for placement. So if you are good you will surely get placed.

College Events :

We had technical fest, and festival celebration like Ganesh Chaturti, Dandiya. The technical fest was very good competition and participants were from all over pune colleges. So yeah level was good.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The time when I studied fee was not very expensive. I had fees of 40K per semester including hostel which was not very expensive at that time. But now days I dont know how is the fees

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No I have not availed for any scholarship at the college. Also I not sure if they offer any facility for any loan. Since again it has been long time since I passed out.

Campus Life :

Hostel Parties were very less. Only once a year we celebrated. Cultural bias is there between non-maharastian and maharastrian. But it all depends on Individual. You really have to be open minded to get into their culture. It takes some time to adapt things but I think that is valid for any new place you move to. I didn't find any issue with respect to race, religion and sexual orientation, politics and economic status.

Hostel Facilities :

Cummins do not have its own hostel directly. But since it is samstha college it has a hostel at walking distance which is also good. The rooms were good enough for 3 people. Cleanliness depends on individuals. Common areas were clean and maintained proper

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is good. Senior students are helpful and you can always go to them for help. But mostly either you will not have enough time or they will not have enough time.

Exam Structure :

The exam structure was good. Not very hectic and not very chilled out. The internal test were held once per semester which was fine. External exams were nice in Pune universtity

Faculty :

The faculty of the college was good and had very good knowledge. Few teachers were not good but I much say all the core college staff is good and knowledgable. Teachers were good and good practical knowledge was given. It all depends on student also how s

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
