Entrance Preview :

There was direct admission for the course. Basic qualification required was a passing % in the 12th or equivalent class. We had no specific entrance examination.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum majorly involved subjects related to Computers. However we had to study 2 languages until 4th sem.Almost similar portions and subjects of ISE was covered for us.

Internships Opportunities :

We had no intership of any sorts. The students would have to look out on their own and hence the kind of internship we received was really low.Stipend could not be expected.

Placement Experience :

The average package the students would receive 3L. Companies like Wipro, TCS, CTS, HP had come during our time. The general criteria would be a percentage of 60 across 10th, 12th and BCA.

College Events :

College fests were always awaited. We had technical fests majorly planned and celebrated. Paradigm and Paradigm Shift were some of the major events.Apart from this there would be fests and weekly activities organised by other departments within the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is really expensive. I had paid 2.75L for BCA course back in 2011 which was quite high. It has been increased more now and I felt that it was absolutely not worth it.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Such things were unheard of in the campus though the fees were exhorbitant. Hence there was no such thing called as scholarship even for the hard-working students and loan was a far-cry.

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni has been very helpful and supportive throughout. Being in touch even now via different networking forums help us see larger perspective about the corporate world in a friendly way.

Placement Experience:

Internships usually start from the final year, in my case the 3rd year. Most of the students get placements but it's not the best but not bad either. My plan after the UG is to get as many certification courses

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good has it covers almost all present trending languages but the only issue was we didn't have python in our syllabus which is on trend hence it was quite disappointing and other than that every single subject or topic thought in BCA is very helpful and useful for placement only thing is we hav to focus properly and practice more coding. The only difficulty related to exam was there was short period for studying back to back exams were there no time to read properly lab exams will be conducted after that 3-4 days final exam will be commenced which was bit stressful and no proper previous question paper from University side which was very difficult to study.

Placement Experience:

From 5th-semester placement opportunities starts , but they will start the training from 4th semester itseems. We will be having companies like Wipro, ICICI Bank, basically most of the IT sector companies. I think almost 75% to 90% use to get placed in campus placement. Rest they might be trying for higher studies. I myself planning to do my master's in the same college because that much I love my college

Admission:

I love coding that's why I choose bca.and there is very good placement in gardencity University. On the basis of interview i got the admission. I have the interview on 22 March and I got admission on 1 July. Admission process is so easy. Anyone can pass the admission procedure if you have passion.

Placement Experience:

So, with all of that being said, the placement process (or employee placement process or job placement process) is the process by which a recruiter helps a client fill one of its open positions through the successful matching of the job's requirements to what a potential candidate offers in the form of skills.
