Remarks

To talk about the good things * it has a serene atmosphere with more greens everywhere *The eco-friendly ambience gives a peaceful place to learn. Plastics are banned inside the college premises * the climate in that area is so pleasing. *water and hostel food are excellent. The hostel is always kept clean. There are three sharing and single sharing rooms too. It depends on the preference *academic wise, the professors are so dedicated. Classes will be made interactive. Teaching is really good. *library is excellent with versatile books in it. *practical knowledge is completely acquired in all the subjects. More importance is given to that. * eco-friendly park is present *the hospital is clean To talk about the negatives is very less and negligible. *it is a developing area. That might be a concern The admission process usually occurs by the time counselling gets over. College starts by August 1. I preferred this college because of the good reviews about teaching and peaceful ambience.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

* I am passionate about medicine from childhood, so I chose this course. *There will be 100 students per batch which may increase to 150 from the forthcoming year. Faculties are really good, talented teaching. The ratio will be 10 faculties for 100 students in each subject * all faculties are M.D and M.S In their own region of interest. The methodology is too good to acquire enough knowledge through the lectures itself. Few lags are present here and there which are quite usual everywhere. *there will be internal exams every month is each subject. Which will be evaluated and marks are displayed in one week of time. * it's easy to pass the exam if the syllabus is followed regularly. To attain good marks, little hard work is needed.

Placement Experience

Since it is Medicine, there are no campus interviews. Once the course is completed, the registration number is given with which one can pursue a job in any hospital or can join postgraduation after getting through the NEET PG exam. To talk about the salary, the initial payment after completing M.B.B.S will be around 30,000-40,000. If joining after completing postgraduation or super speciality, the range will be above 80,000 per month. If there is any career in the final year, one has to study for six more months to clear the exam and then do the internship. This is common for all medical colleges in India. My plan is to clear the NEET PG and join a postgraduation degree of my choice after my UG.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is so simple. * first year,13,000/- *second year, 7,000/- *prefinal year,7,000/- *final year, 4,000-7,000/- * one-year internship- stipend is given around 20,000/- The exam fee will be separately collected before each university exam. There will be one university exam per year. There will not be any hike in the fee structure since it is a govt. College. Scholarships are available in plenty. * based on the first graduate of the family. * based on the annual income of the family * based on the community. They can be claimed easily. Once the five and half years course is completed, the job is guaranteed in any hospitals of choice

Campus Life

Annually, they conduct many fests which include *cultural during September - October * Tamil mandram December or January *magazine release function July or august *hostel day from April to June *feast by the seniors who are leaving the college after course completion during May month. Soon after studies there is no assured package but if you can get decent job offers from various hospitals with a min salary package of 60k. There is a lot of opportunities that you have after completing MBBS. Wide variety of opportunity to learn from.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being a doctor, I can help people a lot. There is a lot to study and knowing the human body, to cure disease, and much more is a great experience. The curriculum prepares me to do great in my future endeavors. The thing I think they lack is a bit more clinical exposure for all students separately. Teaching methods are all good. They conduct exams after each important section, they teach. Around 6-7, internal exams are kept.
