Yes specific to our department not in the whole college some faculty members are partial and there is favouritism done by some of them.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes, our college provides Industrial visits to students so that we can get exposure to real life scenarios and there is a research lab that helps us to become creative and apart from studies they also try to build our other skills so they arrange extra language classes, soft skill classes, PD sessions, R Programming classes etc.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 550000 per year

Placement Experience :

Yes currently I am doing my internship work from home in Shriram life insurance company some companies that visited for internship are icici bank, ITC, wendy's, slice etc. our college is working hard to improve their placement opportunities and trying to build new connections with reputed organisations.

College Events :

BITOSAV is main fest of our college, INTERNICO is an internship competition, Quizard is a management quiz competition 1-day fest, BTRIX is also a management fedt, deeptsav is Deepawali fest, executions is for engineering and biotech students and for other courses also, food fest is for hotel management students, Dhani is a music fest, the vajra is a sports fest, and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is Feasible as it is 5. 5 lakh for 2 years MBA dual specialisation course and the mode of payment is online through net banking no additional charge all charges are included in it. Yes, there is an extra admission charge for 1 time and the hostel fee is separate.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes, college offer scholarship for scholar students those who got more than 9. 2 are eligible for the scholarship the process is just to fill the form and submit your documents in the main office.

Campus Life :

55% female and 45% Male students almost 50:50, there are different communities for students like student academic forum, newsletter team, PR team, The academic forum, alumni contact team, record keeping team, venue and logistics team etc and there are n numbers of clubs like a dancing club, music, painting, photography, literature, drama etc.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes rooms are very small it is a two seater and 3 seater room but it is very small and there is no cupboard in the room only shelves and no security of your Lounge as there is no cupboard. Yes, pgs are available but they are very far from the college campus.

Hostel Fee : INR 120000 per year

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes our college is building alumni network and it is good and they try to call them for us so that we can learn from them about their exposure in the industry and their tips.

Admission :

In April 2019 I was shortlisted for this college as my mat score was eligible for this college. After that, I was called for Gd and personal interview then I was selected for the main campus of this college. the best part of this college that attracted me was its greenery and love toward nature and when we talk about its faculty members they are very cooperative and helpful.

Faculty :

8 hrs a day and then extra skills classes there is different no. Of credits are given to different subjects depending on that no. Of lectures are decided like for specialisation subjects 40 lectures in a semester and for non-speciation 30 to 35 lecture. 98 % of our faculties are PhD holders and with industrial experience. Our college also conducts guest lectures twice a week in which we get opportunities to meet and interact with famous businesses tycoon like Google pay director of Indian region Mr Pulkit Trivedi, ola director miss Madhumita Pathak etc.

Placement Experience:

College provide the placement but only for marketing their will be some companies coming for HR and finance but on very less pay. And some of the companies will come and take the interview but their will be no updates after that. Arka Jain University doesn't provide the internships. And the internship duration from the college will be only for 1 month. My plan is to take a sales job in the placement.

Remarks:

Corrupted admin department is the first thing, they used to dig up all the amount which they get. Students who used to go in favour where given more priority whereas others used to get stupid treatments. Still in temporary campus is another defect that the student faces.

Journey with the ICFAI

Remarks:

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

Positive is that. The only college in jamshedpur providing different courses with lots of only fun. And negative is that no great studies. They only focus on money, extra curricular activities rather for study . i don't find this college is great.
