Remarks :
Good Remarks (1) Teaching staff has been good throughout engineering. (2)Extracurricular activities are always been hosted with enthusiasm and for the good of students. Suggestions (1) Campus area can be expanded. (2) Some members of Office staff should be taught how to behave and talk to students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course and exam structure are the same as per the guidelines of the University. There are Viva exams in which students are asked questions by a professor from another college. These Vivas are actually like a technical round. After the Viva, there is a final exam at the end of each semester.
Placement Experience :
Talking about internships, college does not have any role in getting internships to the students. The placement system was not very good in earlier years but as time goes, they made some needed change to the systems and started hosting Placements in which local and national companies participate.
College Events :
Tech Festival, Annual Festival, Environmental Festival, Cultural Festival, Diwali Festival, Holi Festival, Fashion Festival, All this and many more festivals are celebrated in the college every year. All the students and teaching staff participate in this festival with great joy and enthusiasm.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure is as per the rule of the University. Comparatively to other colleges, the fee in our college was less. There were no additional fees for any facilities into college and admission are taken on basis of merit list only. Fee can be paid by cheque or cash or bank transfer etc.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There were very limited opportunities for Scholarships. Education loans can be availed with no extra cost other than interest. Even in fewer opportunities for scholarship, most of them are given to the students of the lower cast on the basis of their casts, not to financially needy student.
Campus Life :
It's the best time when there are extracurricular activities like sports, fashion show, Dancing competition and many more. As it's Engineering college, technical competitions are very important like Robo race, Robo Soccer etc. This event is hosted every year.
Hostel Facilities :
As the college is in the City area of Ahmedabad, there were no hostels inside the campus of the college. There are many PG's in nearby areas from college at very reasonable rates. There is also an option for sharing.
Alumni/Alumna :
The seniors in the college were very helpful and always gives you encouragement. Even it is for exams or assignments or technical problems or internships experience etc. Those conversations with seniors always help to decide the next step in engineering.
Admission :
The University gives the rank on the basis of your H. S. C exam and entrance exam of JEE. At the start of June, every candidate should participate in the Choice Filling process and need to submit a list of colleges and branch they want to take admission in. After two or three rounds, each student gets the college from that list submitted to University.
Faculty :
The professors in a college were well experienced and have sound technical knowledge about their respective subjects. All the teaching staff have always pushed all the students to reach higher levels in Academic as well in technical competitions.
