Remarks :

College management is a bit slow but eventually it meets our expectation. Fees are high for 3rd and 4th catogary student. Rules inside the campus is very strict especially for girls as they have to enter to their hostel block by 7 o'clock and for boys its 9 o'clock.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was at par with any professional institutions. The courses was divided in different modules for better understanding the terms in yhat particular course. From Exam point of view, there were 2 continous assessments followed by a Term End examination. One of the assessment was Open book exam which helped us to deal with more complex problems. There were often industrial tours for every course.

Class Size : 253Course Fees : INR 320000 per year

Placement Experience :

There are huge number of companies visited to our campus including Adobe, Amazon, Uber, Ola, etc. the overall placement in VIT was better than compared to most other engineering colleges in India. Internships are also offered in our coooege and various internship drives are in the campus to recruit the student for internship. I did my internship with Niks technology.

College Events :

There are 2 major events conducted in VIT that is Vibrance in winter semester and TechnoVIT in the fall semester. In Vibrance various events will take place and celebrities are invited for this 3 day feast while in technoVIT every brach has their innovative projects made for display.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

There is complete transparency in fee breakdown and as far as fee is considered, it is divided into 4 categories based on the rank in VITEEE. I got admitted in 1st category so my per year that is 2 semester tution fee was around 1, 85, 000/- and if you are in second or third or fourth category then the fee wilp be increased substantially.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College offers Scholarship based on VITEEE ranking. If the student scored rank less than 10000 then 50000Rs. will be refurn back every year and if the rank is below 20000 then 25000Rs. will be refunded. I paid all the fees online with no education loan.

Campus Life :

Being engineering college the gender ration was good thatvis about 4:1 while there were different workshops were held related to almost all the core courses and about diversity in college, it was very diverse. People all the world was in VIT. Even almost all states of India there were students present in VIT.

Alumni/Alumna :

Not had any interaction with the senior. They got placed and started working for different companies. I had no contact with any of my senior.

Admission :

VITEEE is the entrance exam taken for admission and I took CSE that is computer science and engineering. My VITEEE rank was 11441. Factors to choose VIT are:- 1. Good Placement 2. Professional Faculties 3. Excellent overall ranking. 4. Good Infrastructure.

Faculty :

Faculties in our college is very professional and most of them have their PHD. and many others are doing their PHD. Few teachers are research oriented and others are industrial oriented. There are often 1 industrial visit in each cpuse and the faculty decided the location. Overall the faculties are very experienced and knowledgeable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was comprehensive and we have an option to choose free electives from other departments too. We would have 2 quizzes and one end semester exam in a semester and meanwhile assignments will be shared at regular intervals of time.

Good and low fees

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. The highest salary package is 12lpa and the average salary package is 6lpa.80 percentage of students are getting placements in our college. I want to do a master's and I want to work on my course.
