Remarks :

Good points friendly crowd and friendly management as well co-operative teaching staff bsd points poor location, no nearby places to hangout, lack of pretty girls, lack of sport and other activities.

Entrance Preview :

I gave MHT-CET test & I got 70 marks my marks were pretty low & college was near to my house though i got this college eventually as i filled this college at number 14 in CAP round college list of preferences.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum and faculty was good few years back but many of experienced teachers have left the college and majority of teaching staff is inexperienced recently passed out students. So their teaching skills and query solving abilities are not upto the mark.

Internships Opportunities :

There was not a single company came in our college for internship so I do nt have any internship experience.

Placement Experience :

Teachers are trying good enough now a days for placements recently we had a TCS campus drive and 4 of our students got placed in that company. Package offered was of 2.4. Now yesterday we had mahindra drive and results are yet to be announced so overall efforts of teachers are satisfactory.

College Events :

College festivals you must be kidding last year we didn't had a gathering no days no gathering and no technical events happened last year still this year I heard rumors that there is gathering and technical event going to happen fingers crossed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No Loan or special scholerships available for JSCOE students still we can apply for maharashtra state and university scholerships.

Campus Life :

Campus life is not that awesome here still crowd and management is pretty helpful gender ratio is horrible in my department as I am a mechanical student. Students from all over India present here mostly from North side like Bihar & Delhi. Extracurricular activities are also having good response now a days successfully completed national event BAJA. College also participates in Purushottam and Firodiya Karandak every year.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel available for girls only security is remarkable for hostel my rating - 3/5 fees horrible highest fees in all university of pune mess food sightly above average many options are available, average taste, and decent pricing my rating - 3/5.

External Expense : Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is not that much active in our college senior students do visit college occasionally.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
