Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum was divided into different parts. All sorts of required topics were present in our course curriculum. Vice chancellor many a times came to our college and asked feedback about the syllabus and made required changes.

Placement Experience :

Placement provided to us was not that up to the mark, very less companies were there as our recruiter. Companies like Infosys etc came here in our college for placement. There were no internship in our course.

College Events :

Campus life here was equipped with modern infrastructure and other convenience which made our life went very easy in college hours. Many basic facilities was there in our college for our better growth.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Every course fees was somewhere under 4500 for one whole year. For BSC Mathematics it was ?4113/- only. There were no exam fee or other sort of extra fee taken from us apart from this for a whole year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes. Our college offered us various schlorships and awards to praise our efforts in our education. I'm listing some of the schlorships here 1) Charu prova Dutta memorial fund prize 2) Ena Ghosh Memorial Fund prize 3) Dipendranath Basu memorial book prize (for achieving highest marks in BA general) and many more

Campus Life :

We were having NSS in our college. I was the member of NNS in my college days. We got chances too volunteer social problems of our area. During our last year, we were provided with certificates too. Functions on Rabindra Jayanti, Nazrul Jayanti happened here every year.

Admission :

I applied for my course available in this college via online mode. As everything was depended upon merit, we didn't have any entrance exam or interviews. I got my name there in the merit list. I had my interest in maths thus I got admission.

Faculty :

Not a single professor in our college was bad or inexperienced. Everyone was qualified and dedicated to our education. They maintained very good relation with every student. Suparna Bhattacharya and Dr Yasmin Akhtar was best among all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

First of all, I love Statistics. Also, there is a great job opportunity after reading the statistics here. A BSc in Statistics(Hons) covers a wide range of topics. The scope of the program prepares graduates for careers in data analysis, research and various other fields that require strong quantitative and analytical skills. At present, there are 9 teachers and 25 students in our year. Innovative Teaching Methods: #Audio & Video Tools. #Stimulating Classroom Environment #Welcome New Ideas #Refer to Books On Creativity #Introduce Lessons Like a Story #Regular Assignments #Seminar by the students & professors There are two semesters in an academic year and there is a short mid-semester in between each semester here. To clear the exams you need to read class notes and books properly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The math department is too good. Teachers are qualified enough and experienced. They are friendly. Bonding between students and teachers is like watching. The course is quite difficult but for this, there are teachers who help us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course curriculum & faculty members are quite good, 1st of all I have preferred Bsc Biotech because of my extreme interest in genetic engineering & upcoming situations of Covid 19. Also, this subject has a possibility for a Blooming future in the upcoming days of the Pandemic/epidemic. The Faculty in This college is quite good & The laboratory benefits & materials are also Supportive & workable, This college provides one of the oldest Biotech labs in West Bengal. The student ratio is also balanced. Saying about Qualification of the faculty, The Professors have atleast 6-10 yrs of teaching exp and research performs in their career, they are all friendly & supportive and helps us to explore more in this subject The term exams are Moderate & have standard questions.

Placement Experience:

There are no campus placements. No companies visit the college and no as such highest and average package as per company and profiles offered are available. My plan after getting a degree is to go for further higher studies i.e. M.Sc. in biotechnology from out of West Bengal. Then after completing my M.Sc. I will further go for Ph.D.

Remarks:

The college was almost good in every way. But the college has no hostel facility for boys. This is very imbrasing. If hostel facility is available for boys, then the college becomes a better college in Burdwan city.

Remarks:

Kharagpur College is NAAC accredited B++ educational institution of Rail city Kharagpur. I love this college because I'm an ex student of this college. A very good, renowned college of Kharagpur. Many brilliant students passed away from this institution and many poets and writers were also appointed here as teachers, lecturers, part timer etc.
