Remarks :
Definitely if you are not able to get any government college, then you can go for this one, in terms of acdemics this one will give best chances to grow and excel in academics. They lay much importance on attendence which is a downside of this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum should be modified with more effect on practical knowledge. It covers all the main engineering subjects but with little easiness in syllabus so that students can score well. Exam structure is improving with year by year.
Placement Experience :
Placements are okk and fine with the computer science branch and information technology branch, but not with the rest of other branch students . College do provide summer trainings in robotics and mechanic department . It also has collaboration with kuka robotics, tifac, Bosch and other industries.
College Events :
Saksham is the inter-departmental sports event held each year in the month of September. Other than that it has various clubs and societies which carry out their performances during various iit's fests and events.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It is somewhat expensive. They charge of every possible thing they can. Also fines are imposed on small small things. They even charge for medical facilities which is rarely required. Facilities are not up to the mark they charge.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Uttar Pradesh government itself provide 50% scholarship to all the families whose family income is below 1,20,000. After than top 3 meritious students scoring in each test and exam from different branches are gifted cash prizes from the college.
Campus Life :
Our college excelles in extracurricular activities. Be it dance, drama, modelling, or any kind of sports. College support these kind of activities. Their are various computer societies that manage college working and giving students the industrial exposure.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fees are near to 1,20,000. Food quality is not too good and nor too bad also. Girls hostel gets closed after 6:00 p.m. itself. While strictness is being maintained in the hostel. The hostel facilities are cool.
Alumni/Alumna :
Seniors at our time were best without them college life would have been nothing. They are still on our networks. They always act as shield towards any problem. Since they have been placed at various places but whenever available we use to remain in touch.
Admission :
I got admission through entrance exam of uttar Pradesh named as UPSEEE(uttar Pradesh state engineering entrance examination). It was of medium level difficulty and can be cleared easily if you focussed on 11-12 th subjects. After than counselling was done through which I opted this college.
Faculty :
Few are best while others are good or below average. Old ones are awesome, their teaching skills and communication skills are all up to mark. While the new ones are just ok ok. Since it's going to be 20 years so old teachers are being replaced hence effects are shown.
