Remarks :

Its a very good college. So there can't be any bad reviews of that college

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes, the course is just and fair and is oriented towards research and for the well being of humanity. It really does have a role in making us a better professional. Recently the subject AETCOM (attitude, ethics and communication) is also introduced to guide us in a better way.

Placement Experience :

Since it is a Government Medical College, it has placement of 100%. We are asked to do the internship programme at the same college for a year.

College Events :

College day: it is celebrated in January and is held with great enthusiasm Saraswati puja Symphysis : held for a week, dj night, major and minor sports events, extracurricular activities And there is also occasional quiz competition There is the teacher's day programme

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee is very minimal and is required only at the end of a year. So we don't have to think much nor there is much burden in the family. But there are some extra expenses like buying of books, buying of some required commodities from the college itself.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I opted for the scholarship but as i have dropped and year so i was judged unfit for the post. So i couldn't get the scholarship

Campus Life :

Campus is upto the mark with good infrastructure. In aspect of gender ratio, there are more boys than girls. Extracurricular secretary maintains all the extracurricular activities. The labs are well designed and upto the mark. The government has done much work on them Sports are organised on Symphysis and there is a large field for practice during normal days

Alumni/Alumna :

The seniors are very good and are beyond description. The really help a lot. They are one of the best seniors I've ever found. They are really good ones and have helped me in times when i really need them. They show me the path which I should follow. They taught me very new things which helped me to adapt to the changing environment.

Admission :

We are called in according to our marks in the entrance exam and after counselling we are allotted in various college across the state. The colleges Medical colleges. Our counselling was in July and due to some problems, we had our admission in August.

Faculty :

The faculty is one of the top class in the state. Everyone is highly experienced and does one's duty fairly and above the mark. They always do their best to make us acquainted with each and every particular of the subject. Moreover, we are also provided weekly assignment to assess ourselves.

I choose the course because I want to be a good surgeon. My class has approximately 150 students and each department has around 20 faculties. All the faculty are doctors, they teach us in the English language and they teach on the projector. They also give clinical knowledge in the hospital. The semester exams are conducted every 3 months and the University conducts professional mbbs exams in March.

Because I want to be a good doctor and I want to serve my patients well and I am interested in the course. The student's teachers ratio is 50:1 and the teacher gives full details and concentration to their students The qualifications are 70 percent for all the students and the teacher teaching methods are very nice and one to one interaction. There were final exams in 6 months and weekly tests are conducted and it is easy to pass the exam

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is the most reputed and professional course in India. As soon as we finish the internship we get a job easily. So I choose this course. All the faculties are doctors, they are experienced. They teach both theory and practical. Students were divided into small groups and sent for clinical posting in every department. Semester exams are conducted by the college and final exams are under the surveillance of the University and NMC.
