Entrance Preview

UPSEE, I scored 2000 rank in Uttar Pradesh. I chosed this college because it is the best college for academic just behind just 2 government colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

As this college comes under UPTU so it have a thorough Course curriculum with deep detail to it. But required to be updated a little bit according to present requirements of companies.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies comes to this college like- TCS, Infosys, L&T, IBM, HCL, Ginger, Paytm and many more. for most of the company there average stipend is about 3- 3.5 L per year.

Placement Experience

In CS branch there are many companies which company comes and mosly CS students get placed. Last year about 126 student out of 180 students in CS/IT got placed.TCS- 3.5 L, Infosys--3.2 L, Paytm- 3.4 L, L&T- 3.3 L.

College Events

3.5

There are many activites happening in college through out the year but Biggest are college annual day and Sports day. No celebrity are invited as These Fest are for Students by Students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it is Private college so it's quite expensive around Rs. 1.38 L for first Year and after that For 2,3, and 4th year it is reduced by Rs 30000. So you have to pay around 1.08 L for remaning 3 Years.

Fees and Financial Aid

Though not by our college but UPTU under which our college comes offers Fee Waver seats. Students with Fee waiver have to pay only Rs 15000 per Year. You can easily get Loan from any Bank for our college easily.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is quite happening there are many activities conducted every week and it is compulsory for every student to participate in any one activity every semester. College do conducts its Annual Sports Meets, Annual Fest and Many more Function through out the Year.

Alumni/Alumna

As the college is quite old so there is vast network of alumni. Though not a proper network, college do conduct Alumni meet for this every year. To create an interaction between Present student and Alumni.

Faculty

Faculty is really helpful and ready to solve your doubts even after normal lecture. You can just go ask them any question any time and they will be more happy to give you detailed knowledge about the problem.

“A Good College for Learning and Growth”

Likes

Being a CSE student I get the opportunity to learn about computer science and improve my skills The college experience also helps me understand the importance of practical knowledge

Dislikes

The placement support could be improved especially by providing more opportunities for students to get internships and jobs in reputed companies

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course covers important subjects related to computer science and programming. It gives basic technical knowledge, but more practical learning is needed. Exams are held every semester, along with internal tests and practicals. Some subjects are easy, while others need more preparation. Overall, the course is good, but adding more real-world projects would help students learn better.

"The Place for Unlocking Potential"

Likes

Firstly the environment is what I liked the most when I first joined the college cause this type of greenery and atmosphere is very less found
Secondly it would be the seniors , the seniors are really helpful at times of need and are really friendly
Thirdly it would be how the education system work , there isn't an overload of assignment or projects on the student , so it's very easy to focus on our studies

Dislikes

Personally it would be a long distance for me ...cause travelling by bus consumes a lot of time and energy
The thing I disliked the most would be the people around me and their way of thinking cause I just don't like the way they converse . I don't know about a few of them but most of the people I met are really sweet and soft spoken
Lastly it would be the fee structure for me ...cause being a private institution it can offer a more affordable fee structure

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason I chose B. Tech in data science and artificial intelligence is because nowadays we know how AI has its influence over almost every field and every company requires a candidate who is well known about AI . Particularly I opted for data science because I wanted to be a data analyst from the start cause it just fascinates me about how differently we can see and arrange data in so many ways and also the market value of being a data analyst is quite high nd not easily found

More Information About AKGEC College

I got thus college through counselling and the top AKTU Affiliated colleges I opted to were JSS, AKGEC, ABES, from which I got ECE branch in AKGEC which I locked in the first round of counselling itself as I was satisfied with the college. The students could come through counselling or Cbse 12th percentage i.e management, counselling is done on JEE scores and 12th percentage should be more than 75-80% in PCM for unreserved prolly...Read More

Inside AKGEC Life

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I could not make it to other colleges because of their high cutoff for the CSE branch. 3) admission process includes direct admission where students are admiitted based on 10th,12th score and branches are alloted based on their score, 2nd is through the uptac counselling for students who want to get admission through JEE Score. overall admission experience was good....Read More

so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More
