Remarks :

Attendance.75% is compulsory.if it is 74% you will be not eligible for exam.you have to pay 8500 per subject fees and you have to attained the summer classes for two for reappear for exam. There are very strict with rule

Course Curriculum Overview :

Everything is awesome. mechanical engineering is the top most course in term of engineering and it's have good placement as well in my college.our college provide every faculty for research and so many other this which engineering student need.

Placement Experience :

There are many companies came in college.its is top college in North india which provides most no of places, microsoft, google, mahinedra, amazon so many companies arrived these year.I will say our college is good in placement.

College Events :

Maximum in a month one big event organised by college like cu fest, tashan night, youth festival and so many celebrity take part in it, for new student they organise big event to welcome them, any there are so many other programs as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Expensive.f ees structure is expensive because for year they take 165000.it's can't be affordable by normal background family.team cu must have to think on that. After all student need money for workshop, training and project.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I didn't have any idea.a s I have listen about loan and scholarship.but as per my knowledge There are bank in college they provide education load for student.and college also give some loans as per little information and about scholarship they provide for punjab student and other state as well.

Campus Life :

There is every religion student.no ragging nothing.its have sufficient amount of lab and workshop activities.in sports it's provide everything you need of.its have one own stadium in college.gender ration is 45:50

Hostel Facilities :

I am in pg. The average rate is 2500 and with an good maintainance.f or lunch and dinner you have to join mess, There is an issue in food.i advice to made it my own.if you can't then last option is mess only.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes they are helpful.i have met with many of the senior.they provide you all the information you need.they will never. Make you feel that they are senior.no sir nothing brothers word is sufficient for them.they are always ready for help.

Admission :

I have just applied online on chandigarh university website and I received a call back.after that I submitted the document and I am eligible for admission as they take student above 60%.after the submission they provide me uid no.

Faculty :

Most of the teachers are profeesors and have good teaching staff.the teachers have good teaching skill as well as they provide better mentoring than other.There is special classes for communication skill as well.

For third semester students are eligible for campus placement. Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hitachi and many more companies are visit for placement in chandigarh university. Highest package is 24 lakhs average is 6 lakhs. Above 80 percent of students are placed. I plan is take campus placement in 3rd semester.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good but this year no of placement is less as compare to the last year. In B.E. From 6 semster student were eligible for placement and all this big MNC visit the campus for placement like Infosys, Microsoft,etc.this 9000+ offer were there. Near about 70% student get placement. My plans after the degree I want to became the data analytics after the completion of course.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is 93 percent this year . Companies start visiting department in the month of September. Students are eligible for placement as they enter in the final year (7 semester) . The average package is around 5.5 Lakhs per annum and highest package is 12 lakh per annum. Students can go in field of pharmaceutical industry, oil and petroleum, fertiliser, paints, chemicals etc . Or students can opt for higher studies masters, MBA , abroad opportunities. Around 45 companies visited for placements with average 5 offers per company.

Placement Experience:

The placement are good, you will see many companies visit the campus such as Amazon Google Wipro TCS connivance Accenture Deloitte and many more. The main baad thing is their placements is that if you get a offer from any company irrespective of package then you have to accept and there is no option to deny the offer aane of you don't join then you will get debated from placement process.

Remarks:

I chose this college because I was not able to get admission in pec and this college was the only option. Academics wise its good. Faculties are good. The bad side is the college life you expect its almost zero there. No social life. There are only 5-600 students in the campus. And pretty bad cafeteria.

Admission:

To get the admission here you have to appear for jee mains. And according to the cutoffs you will get the admission. I prepared for it with my normal tutions.
