It was ok. Not so good But yes right now I'm where I am extreemly happy with my posiiton. So I would like to sa thanks to my all college faculty and also my freinds. They are also my actual teachers.

College Events

4.5

I celebrated few college events. Fresher's Party,Annual Function and also Delhi first Film Festival and some other college trip. It was wonderful and very educational.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was semester Pattern. I did not like so much this pattern. I am not favor of semester pattern. I think annual pattern is very good for student. Specially who is doing media courses.

Fees and Financial Aid

No in my college no scholarship or loan facility provided. But i think it should be in every college. If student will get scholarship then they will do more best.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Sorry I never Stay in any hostel. So i can't say. I was staying in flat with my sister. So Never enjoyed hostel life. I feld bad for this missed opportuiity.

Alumni/Alumna

No I don't want any comment about my alumni. Everything was wonderful in my college and i enjoyed much more. So I am extreemly happy and also time to time met with my seniors.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was not so good. I felt problem was exam timings. In winter season very tough to go for exam in the morning 6 and exam started in 7:00.

Faculty

5

Course Curriculum Overview:

Journalism was first introduced in Delhi University at DCAC. The amazing faculty and a proper media studio makes Delhi College of Arts and Commerce a perfect choice for Jouranlism aspirants. The media studio has professional mics, green screen, cameras, teleprompter, switcher and other equipment required for real life learning. The classes are full-fledged, sometimes irregular. Exams are scheduled at the end of each semester. However, internal and continous assesment happen regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course intending to enter the field of journalism, but unfortunately, I found the curriculum lacking in term of real-world experience. While the teaching methods were good and the faculty did their best, the core issue laay in the syllabus itself. The curriculum was heavily theory-based, with minimal emphasis on practical training, There were no opportunities for ground reporting, feature writing, or other essential field activities like that were crucial for my career. I feel that the course did not fully equip us with the hands-on experience needed to step confidentely into industry

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course sounds very interesting and covers a large spectrum of topics. There are a total of 60 students in the class of 2024, which is further divided into two sections of 30 students each. The faculty is very well read and the classes are interactive. We have frequent debates and discussions on some very interesting topics. The exams are held semester wise every 4-5 months. The difficulty level is not much when it comes to passing the examinations.

The placement is fine in college. It is not a bulk campus placement like in most of the engineering colleges but it is pretty decent. The one who is smart and confident enough gets it. Companies provide a decent pakage to the ones who get placed.
