Course Curriculum Overview :

My course has been divided into 8 semesters through which we are made to explore the various aspects of the mechanical field. Internal examinations are held 2 times but the final exams take place at the end of the semester.

Placement Experience :

The placement cell keeps a database of students and regularly updates it. Information about upcoming job fairs is communicated to us. Workshops and seminars are also conducted to assist students in the process and help them strengthen their skills.

College Events :

-Freshers -MHOne Canteeni Mandeer -Convocation -Sports events -Alumni Meet -Seminars, workshops -Cultural Events

Fee Structure And Facilities :

I paid approximately 34,000 as my first semester fees. The fee structure is pretty decent keeping in mind the other facilities provided by the college. The fees for 4 years amounts to approx 3.1 lacs.

Campus Life :

There is an anti-ragging, gender sensitization, and grievance redressal cell that works towards our benefit to ensure our safety. Various sports events are organized in our college like cricket which helps us create a balance between academics and games.

Admission :

I am a B.Tech civil engineering 2nd-year student. I got admission to the university through management quota after completing my 12th while my friend got in on a merit basis. The college provides us with world-class facilities for our growth and betterment.

Faculty :

Teachers are quite helpful and are happy to coordinate with us. They support us in our projects and help us in understanding the subject. They have a great amount of knowledge in their respective field.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for internship had placements. The companies which generally comes for placements are google, wipro, deloitte, Microsoft, HCL, TCS, LnT, Cisco, Infosys etc are some of the highest recruters in chitkara university. The average pakage is 5-6 lakh per annum and the highest package is around 1cr LPA . The campus usually tells us to keep the CGPA more than 7, I will go to foreign country after my degree
