Good private institute for architecture in palakkad

Course Curriculum Overview :

Normal day in college not very chaotic. Overall Atmosphere of the college is chill. Colleges affiliated to Calicut University,so the courses according to their guidelines. There are two measure exam in every semester.

Placement Experience :

Past placement record of this college is good. The dedicated placement cell train student to land in a good company. Each year many company visit campus to offer jobs to the student. They also provide internship opportunities but mostly students get internship on their own.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees for the first year is around 1 lakh rupees and from second year onwards it is around 80000 rupees. So for total of 5 year will cost you around 4.3 lakh rupees. Compare to other institutes the fees is not too high.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I myself have not availed any scholarship but some of my friend have applied under Central government schemes for students who are pursuing under graduation courses. One will not find it difficult to apply for loans from majority of banks.

Campus Life :

There are many extra curricular activities done in this college. Every year college organise their own annual fest. Infrastructure is very good. Lab cafeteria etc are up to date and also they are well maintained. There is no scene of ragging in the college.

Admission :

Due to some family conditions I wanted my college to be near my home so that I can travel on the daily basis. This college is well connected with roads and other public transport. With my score in NATA I cleared the cutoff for this college in 3rd round of counselling.

Faculty :

Student teacher ratio is very good. There are many teachers for every subject. Even if you don't it understands the topic from your teacher, you can ask for help from others. Teacher here are qualified.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Have a good course curriculum that will take us to a level where we think we should learn more and we will be ready to seek knowledge to learn more and more about the topics. They won't spoon-feed us just give us a base. The syllabus is completed on time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the faculties are practicing architects, we are introduced to relevant methods of problem solvings. In terms of climate, structure and all we are introduced to new softawares every semester. Also every semester has a major project that is based on a real problem within a real site.

I feel like some of the subjects exam duration can be a little more because I think we can have a little more time in drafting and everything, and also can bring new techniques and practices in this field to the curriculum. The exams are held semester-wise.

Architecture is a tough and time taking course, the syllabus fine in the first three years but later on it becomes hectic. Maybe the syllabus can be reduced and I feel that five years is too long for architecture degree.

I don't knw much about placements as I am a 1year now. But our seniors are getting placed with a decent salary. The highest a senior got place was for 12L per annum. But the average is much low as the course offers less .
