Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum focuses on teaching all important aspects of civil engineering, both in practical as well as theoretical terms. The department is equipped with survey lab, hydraulics lab, strength of materials lab, soil mechanics lab and concrete and highway lab. Each lab helps students in researching different areas of civil engineering.
Placement Experience :
The college provides opportunity for placement by calling in companies for placing the students. The students are recruited by various construction companies, even public sector units. So there's lot of scope.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The college fees amounts to Rs. 210000 for four years of education with Rs. 60000 to be paid in the first year and Rs. 50000 for the next three years of time. The fees is feasible and can be afforded.
Campus Life :
Clubs such as leo club, rotaract club etc are a part of college and students are encouraged to be active members of the same. Participating in activities conducted by the club helps in overall development of a student.
Hostel Facilities :
There is hostel facility that can be availed by the outstation students. All important facilities are made available in the hostel such as mess, proper lodging, water and electricity, to make it a better stay for the students.
Admission :
The admission process takes place via TNEA examination route. Students qualifying that with required marks get this college in counselling. Qualifying 10+2 with minimum 50% is also necessary to be considered for this college.

The department's faculty members is well learned and educated in their respective areas of specialization that they teach in the classes. They are helpful and approachable in nature and give the latest available knowledge to the students.
