Course Curriculum Overview

4

The MBBS course offered by the college is well mix of clinical and practical exposure and theoretical knowledge. The curriculum is in line with Media council of India's standard. Exams are held annually and mid term and short term exams are held time to time. Practical exams are also conducted.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement in our college is good. The college's hospital and research centre offers job opportunities. Internship facilities is available in college's hospital as well as in other reputed hospitals across the city. Many of the students from our college are also serving in government hospitals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is to be paid annually and for 1st year it stands around 3.5 lakhs. For the 5 years course the fee can be around 20-22 lakhs approximately. The fee is hefty as it is a private college plus the location of the college (in Benagluru) adds to the high fee. Management quota admission fee is also high.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available for meritorious students. Educational loan facility can be availed from any private or public sector bank. I took loan from Karnatka bank for the 5 years duration of the course. One requires admission letter for availing the loan facility.

Campus Life

4

Extra-curricular activities are as such limited. Our college has a ground for outdoor sports and other related activities. Lab infrastructure is quite well and the facilities in terms of availability of equipments is great. Class room and hostels are also good and equipped with all the necessary facilities for making learning easy.

Admission

Since I had an inclination towards making medicine as a career I opted for MBBS course in this college. The reason for choosing this college is best in our area (Hoskote). Sat for the NEET exam and cleared it. Marks were good enough so got the college in 3rd of counseling. I also gave AIIMS and JIPMER exam as well.

Faculty

4

Faculty is nice, well experienced and cooperative. Majority of the professors are domain experts. They know their area well. Some of the professors are also practicisng surgeons in reputed hospitals across Bengaluru. They don't hesitate to help us after the class as well.

Postings are helpful because we get to learn a lot of things and even the practical classes of pre and para clinical subjects. But keeping attendance mandatory for theory class doesent help much bcoz at the end we remember only those things which we have studied in our space and peace of mind. But attendance is very important criteria for getting eliginility for final exams

They are all qualified professionals and the teaching method is also understandable. We have semester exams and also lab practical exams which too is difficult but kind of pass through.
