Remarks :
I can proudly say that there are different facilities which are available at our college for the development of the students such as the presence of auditorium and convention centre, library, dining hall. Slso for the security of the students there are 24 into 7 health safety and wellness cell, internet and Wi-Fi services, lecture theatre, power water supply and transportation facilities for the students who live far away from the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum of the bachelor's in dental surgery revolves around the topics of general human anatomy,general human physiology, dental anatomy, dental materials, clinical conservation, dentistry, prosthodontics, oral pathology, general medicine, general surgery, periodontology and all of the other important topics related to Dental Sciences.
Placement Experience :
The kalinga institute of Dental Sciences also holds a special hospital which is in bhubaneswar so the students are highly lucky if the get admission in this college because they will be able to get employment opportunities in the hospital which is attached with the institution easily.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The total duration of the bachelors of dental surgery course is 4 years. Every year the tuition fee is applicable of rupees 550000. Also in the first year of the course you have to pay extra fees of rupees 75000 that makes the grand total of the bachelors of dental surgery program of around 22.75 lacs.
Campus Life :
The most important extra curricular activities that keeps happening at the college is the educational conferences. The conferences are organised by the faculty by inviting different guest lecturers. The faculty have organised conferences on the occasion of world oral health day. Also, different types of oral hygiene conferences keep happening on a weekly basis.
Hostel Facilities :
Separate hostels are available for both female and males in the college. Different facilities are available for the students such as hygienic kitchen and dining hall, availability of furniture in each room, shared bathroom and shower rooms on each floor of the hostels. There is a Wi-Fi facility available 24 into 7, electricity and water supply also available. There is also cool and safe drinking water facility. There is a presence of common rooms and 24 hours Warden security system.
Admission :
There is a very simple criteria to get admission in the bachelors of dental surgery course. The criteria is to only go through the entrance exam of NEET. I undertook the same and got a valid score in my entrance exam finally I filled the admission form that is available at the campus of the college.
Faculty :
The great academic results of our students highly depend upon the lectures and the knowledge that our teachers distribute to us. I am personally really thankful to all of the teachers because the teachers are highly interesting in teaching us. They all care for the students and thus provide them with personal opinion also sometimes.
