Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is highly focused on research. The syllabus is combined with theory, practical. cases studies and regular practice. The exams are application based and test the critical thinking ability and problem solving abilities of the students.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities in the field of medicine is enormous. Jobs are available in both government and private sector with high salary packages. The college provides compulsory internship after which they are placed in various departments of attached hospitals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is as follows: First year Second year Third year Fourth year Fifth year Tuition fee 10,90,000 10,90,000 10,90,000 10,90,000 10,90,000 Thus, the total fee for the entire programme is Rs. 54,50,000.

Campus Life

The college organise extra-curricular activities from time to time for holistic development of the student. They organise many seminars and workshops on various topics. The college also organise annual fest, cultural events etc.

Admission

Eligibility: 10+2 from a recognized board with a combination of PCB and minimum of 50 per cent marks. A valid score in NEET. Admission forms are available online. Fill and submit with required documents. Admission will be granted on the basis of scores obtained in NEET.

Faculty

The faculty is highly qualified and dedicated. They give more emphasis on student response time in the class and try to clear the concepts of the students in lucid manner. They are very helpful and dedicated.

Since we all know MBBS is course for being a doctor . As being doctor was a dream of mine i chosed this course.MBBS course is quite hectic but this is required since after completion of course we will become doctors and patients like will be in our hands. Life at GMC Patiala

I chose this as it is one of the well-known colleges for mbbs in Punjab. 10:225, Faculty, are postgraduates. With an experience of more than 5years mostly. At the end of the year, there were exams that are a bit difficult to pass.

You should pass the NEET exam taken by the government of India. After clearing cut off you can apply for my college through Punjab University ( on Baba Farid's website ) to get information about the application form and dates. The application form is a bit expensive nearly 5 thousand rupees. I don't know much about reservation criteria as I belong to the general category. You must attend offline counseling held in Patiala to get admission as per protocol....Read More
