Remarks

My remarks about the college are great the college is great in infrastructure, the faculty is good and experienced the crowd is good, seniors are awesome. Canteen food is nice the campus is really clean and well maintained.

Entrance Preview

I took CBSE board examinations to enter into this college and I scored 94.25%, i opted for this college for some reasons First, Its really close to my home. Second, the infrastructure of this college is one of the best in delhi universityand lastly, the faculty is really good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is B.Com (H), this is basically a commerce course. All the subjects are related to commerce my subjects in the first semester were financial accounting, business laws, micro economics and AECC english.

Internships Opportunities

No companies came in for internship in my college, I had to apply for the internship privately, I had been interning at Fitmein.in during the month of december the stipend was around Rs. 5000.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement cell of the college is really good, companies that came to campus were, GENPACT, Tata Capital, Wipro, Manpower, Fright Systems, Accretive Health, Capital IQ, Protiviti.More than 50 people got placed.

College Events

4

The college events celebrated are the annual college comerce fest, crusade this is a large scale event there are many events during this fest the participation is really good, many people from different colleges come for this event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is really feasible, annual fee is about Rs 9000 for my course, delhi university is the most affordable university in this country. Some courses are about Rs 6000 annually, and some are around Rs 20000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships offered by the college are mostly for the underprivileged students who have taken admission in the college. This facility really helps the lower caste people and the differently abled.

Campus Life

4

Opinion on campus life is pretty good, gender ratio is nearly equal, not much parties are held in the hostel, there are many cultural societies in the college, like abhinay- the street play society, commerce society and many others. People are really tolerant regarding to gender, ethnicity, race, religion etc the people in the college are also really good.

Hostel Facilities

3

There is no hostel for boys in the college campus, the hostel is available only for girls in the college, the food available in the mess is average, for the boys most of the boys have to get an apartment on rent in the neighboring societies and the average rent is around Rs 25000/ month.

Alumni/Alumna

My experience with the seniors was really awesome, seniors are interactive, they help you a lot in this college. They are fun to talk people told me a lot of things about the college and we also had some really fun gaming events together.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is pretty simple, the internal exams are held once in each semester, most of the time the day is chilled out because the internals are really simple.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is really good and experienced, most of my professors were great the teachers had expertise in there subjects they had a good knowledge about their subjects.

Placement Experience:

After completing 4 semester you are eligible to sit into on-campus placements i.e. after completing your second year. Companies start to arrive in final year or pre final year of you're going for 4 year degree. Big 4 companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PWC and other companies like accenture, zomato, airtel can be seen in placement season. Average package is 4-5 LPA ranging from college to college and depends individual skill set and practical experience. Highest could go upto 22LPA in our college. Half of the students gets placed during the season but not all. After competition of degree students can pursue various courses like CA, CS or praper for CAT/GMAT.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.
