Remarks :

One of the best colleges of India, specially the northern region with leading placement opportunities and infrastructures. The campus has a record of more than 350 companies visiting every year and more than 2000 placement offers.

Course Curriculum Overview :

College is affiliated by state technical university with good prescribed curriculum as per the requirements of industry. Also special training sessions are conducted for grooming skills as per latest technological advancements.

Placement Experience :

Many top notch companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Informatica, Cognizant Deloitte to name but a few visit the campus since many years. The college has rich legacy of placements with industry giants offering packages up to 30 lakhs per annum.

College Events :

Many technical events like coding contests such as hackathon at national as well as college level are conducted. Also techno cultural fests are celebrated at college as well as department levels each year.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

In 2009 to 2013 batch fee was 36000 per semester and an additional fee for university examinations was around 600 which was charged before examination every semester. Apart from this there were no extra charges. Fee for Btech these days is around 45000 which is quite feasible as compared to other expensive institutions. The hostel fee during 2013 was around 55000 which might around 70000 these days. But the amenities in hostels are worth appreciating.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are many loan facilities available in the college depending on the economic status of family of students or based on category. Further the college also offers many scholarship schemes as offered by central and state governments. Further there are also scholarship schemes available as per the merit position held by the students.

Campus Life :

Very good infrastructure with well equipped labs and internet facilities. Many sports and cultural events are conducted every year and students from all the regions are welcomed and provided with freedom to celebrate their festivals and follow their own customs.

Hostel Facilities :

Very good hostel facilities, good infrastructure, clean environment. Facility for medication, gym, basketball court, TV room good and hygienic food. The rooms were mostly 4 dearer during those days. And all the facilities like cooler hot water, festival celebrations etc were available.

External Expense : Rs. 2000- Rs. 4000

Alumni/Alumna :

College has good coonecrions with their alumni. Every year aluminium meets are conducted within and outside campus even. Alumni is are specially invited at times in the campus to interact with the students and help them by guiding them about industry requirements and industry culture and they get to share their valuable experiences about their struggles from campus to boardroom to motivate their juniors about the tracks to be followed.

Admission :

This college has best placement opportunities for Btech Mca HMCT and MBa graduates. I got admission thourough state entrance exam and university counselling. After getting rank the college could be directly approached and further all formalities were completed in the campus by completing the documentation and fee submission.

Faculty :

Very well qualified and helpful faculty as per AICTE norms. There are many doctorates specialised in their respective fields and others who are into the process of pursuing doctorate. Further the faculty is quite experienced with more than 60 percent of the faculty having experience of more than 5 years in the field of teaching.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester students become eligible for the placement like internships and main placements start at fourth year. companies like Wipro, HCl , Zomato, swiggy, Google, etc many companies visit our college and many offer have been made to the students. In the last year the highest package was 86 lakhs offered and average package over all branches was 22 lakhs per annum.and the last year almost 76 Percent of the applied students have got placed and my plans after getting the degree is to do a good job in a very big mnc

Placement Experience:

After the sixth semester, students become eligible for the campus internships offered by companies, that provide placements after completion of the course. In the 7th semester students who have the skills, got placed in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, TCS Ninja, etc The highest package offered in our university is 13.50 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. About 80% of the students got placed last year in our university. My senior told me how he got placed in TCS private limited company and assured me that I will get placed too.

Almost everything you need to know before joining about Gulzar Group of Institutes

Placement Experience:

Here the placements are fine but it also depends on students too as you can start internship from 2nd year but there is attendance issue for that you need to contact to your respective HOD's. The placements start from I think the 6th sem I am not sure but maybe or 7th but many good companies come to campus but students can also apply off campus companies too. Some company's names are listed as I know:- Amazon,Paytm,Godrej, Tech Mahindra, HCl, Wipro, etc. I am not sure about the highest and lowest package but I think the Highest package is 4 to 5 lakh . The overall percentage of students getting placed is 80% to 85% according to me. My plan is too first get the internship till 4th to 5th sem and then will sit in placements or apply for off campus if didn't got satisfied with the companies that came after I will get the job and for few years will do the job until I get I want and then I will plan about something as I want to get.

See like in final year here everyone goes into placements. And it's not up to mark because here if your in CSE IT or ECE you get placed at3-3.5 lakh per annum .but opportunities have raised in recent years production engineering student got a placement of 15 lakhs per annum and this year Flipkart arrived and gave a placement of 13lakhs last year Samsung have a placement of 12 lakhs byjus gave 10 lakhs placement. if you are in core and want to get hired for tech companies then you need to take notes courses and learn to code. And almost 70-80% students get placed but if the placement is low then it's of no use if you're re in civil or mechanical engineering then you may find the gate results are fair enough for a college. Civil and mechanical are the best branches in the college andy plan is to join Indian army after Engineering.
