Remarks :

Amrita is the best place where you can be. It is safe for all individuals. The climate here is too good. And the campus is lush green and energetic. Academic wise it is the best you can get. The stay in here is also too good. You get to mingle with diverse people and learn new cultures and languages.

Course Curriculum Overview :

For Chemical Engineering, I would suggest you to ho for Amrita. One of the best institution in india. It is also granted "institute of Eminence". The professors here are highly skilled. They provide hands on experience. There is centre of excellence in green materials laboratory.

Placement Experience :

Yes. Coming to placements, Amrita has the highest record(95.97%). Also there is internships provided for students. The maximum stipend offered is as per government norms. There are core companies which recruit students. They offer them training and get them placed.

College Events :

1.Gokulashtami. It is the cultural fest of Amrita. It is an opportunity for people to explore the culture of Amrita. Group procession, dances, etc are held. 2. Anokha. It is the national level tech fest. Students from thouroughout the globe come to participate and win attractive prizes.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It Is 4 lakhs per annum. Quite expensive but worth it. The Tuition fees is 3 lakhs per annum. The mess fees is 44000. The hostel fees is 40000. The campus is very clean and hygienic. The food provided is the best. Restrooms are cleaned on a regular basis.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

It is purely based on merit acquired by the student. In the entrance examination, if you score the highest all india rank there is tuition fee waiver of 75%, 50%, 25%. Also if you are a board topper you can avail 100%scholarship.

Campus Life :

The sports facilities are too good at Amrita. There are gymnasiums, tennis ball court, 2 football ground, indoor badminton court. There is a state of art swimming pool inside the campus. The labs are well equipped. There is equality and no discrimination among students.

Hostel Facilities :

The best rooms. Best climate and well maintained rooms and toilets. For first 3 years the hostel is to be shared among 4 people for the undergraduate program. Whereas the final year students will be provided with single rooms. Generally the rooms are maintained well.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

There is a very strong Alumni network. There are many people who have got into industries. They provide us direct link with the company. Those who went for higher studies are constantly offering updates on the technical world. Persons in Administrative services also keep a close contact with us.

Admission :

The selection is purely based on merit. There is an Entrance examination conducted by Amrita. It's an Objective paper which can be taken either online or offline. After clearing the entrance examination, seat allocation is based on all india rank. There is more than 5 campuses to choose. There is also home state quota. The counseling session is offline.

Faculty :

The professors in Amrita are highly skilled and educated. Around 80% of the teaching faculty have doctorates. They collaborate with foreign universities. They help you to go up with your research. Ready to help anytime.

Great College to Lean Good Engineering Knowledge

Placement Experience:

From the Final year last semester, the students are eligible for campus placement. For mechanical there are a lot of core companies that come for placements. Also, even IT Companies take some of our mechanical students. The percentage of the students who get placed is 90% on average. Some of the core companies are LPT(Lakshmi Precision Tools), SAEW, NVH, PDS, S.S.FASTENERS, RENAULT NISSAN MITSUBISHI. The highest salary package offered is 5 lakhs per annum and on average is 3 lakhs per annum.

Dream to achieve big

Placement Experience:

From semester 6, they will provide campus placement offers. It depends on the students. Many companies will be visiting the college every year. Infosys, IBM, tata, reliance, and many more top companies will be visiting. We may get enormous offers from companies. The highest package is 12laks and average package is 2laks. Nearly every single student will be placed, except some slow learners and who are not mentally prepared one's. My plans after my degree are to get a deserved job and should be profitable.
