Remarks :
The physical education department of our college is exceptional than most of the other colleges in our region. The faculties are also committed to their responsibilities.There are a lot of events and competition's organising by each department as well.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is fine. But the timing of the examinations are unpredictable to be fair.Each semesters are expected to be atleast 6 months.But unfortunately in our case, There is no guarantee that you get these 6 months.We got 10 months for our 1st semester whereas the second semester had completed within a span of 3 to 4 months.
Placement Experience :
To be frank, we haven't had any placements and job opportunities yet. I just hope there will be some opportunity in the near future.I think its because of the fact that we are still moving on with the final semester.
College Events :
There are a lot of events celebrated in our college. Each department conducts fests. Especially the commerce department of our college had been conducting Trade fest for the past 6 years. Similarly other departments of our college also conducts various competitions and events which makes the students to actively participate in various events.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
As I got admission through merit. I don't had to pay any as fees. The only fees that I had paid is examination fees which costs less than 500rs for each semester. There are no other fees or expenses connected if you get an admission on merit.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Most of the scholarships are offered by the government, As my college is a government aided college. There are no other special scholarships that are provided by the College.The government provides the scholarships and sends it through colleges.
Campus Life :
Actually our physical education department plays a great role in keeping our students fit. The physical education head is so commited to help his students to help them to achieve what they are dreaming of. He had always supported us and loved us. We also participates in various sports meets. There are 2 boxers who won gold medals in inter University events. Me myself represented University in the cricket tournament held at mysore.
Hostel Facilities :
In our college,there is no hostel facilities for boys. Our college has only hotel facilities for girls. It is been said that the basic facilities are satisfactory and there are no extra expenses connected with it.
Alumni/Alumna :
I hadn't met any of the alumini members. I had not seen any of them conducting any kind of programs as well.To be fair, it seems like they are inactive for the past couple of years. I had not met any of them.
Admission :
I got admission on merit basis. I had studied commerce in my secondary education so I had choosen B.com in Graduation.I also love to study commerce. And business activities.There was an interview also.
Faculty :
The faculties in the College is really committed towards their work.They continuously help us to improve our studies.Internal Exams are also conducted at proper intervals which enables us to keep in track with our subjects regularly.
