Remarks :

My experience at Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj is excellent. The campus life, infrastructure, staff, canteen and many other facilities provided are remarkable. The Co-curricular activities, study experience, placement services make JIMS one of the best B-institutes in Delhi.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course-curriculum is strictly followed for all the three courses of BBA, BCA and BJMC. The study course and material are completed at a time by the staff. Also, timely revisions are conducted to ensure students are ready to give exams. The exams under the curriculum follow a similar pattern and are conducted twice a year, the internal exams i.e.,mid-terms and external exams i.e., final exams held at the end of each semester.

Placement Experience :

At JIMS, VK the campus placement cell deals with the student's placement and internship. The placement cell provides a variety of opportunity for students to get the chance of being hired by top corporate companies such as Amazon, Wipro and many more.

College Events :

Numerous co-curricular activities, fests and conducted to celebrate & support and develop the creative mindset of students. Some of the events held in college are IT fest-Cynet, Management Fest- AVTARAN, Media Fest-Prism, Industry visits for practical exposure, Guest lectures held industry experts who share their insight about the corporate world.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Education and various facilities provided at JIMS, VK is worth every penny paid. The annual tuition fee paid is approximately rupee 1 lakh per annum. JIMS conducts the various co-curricular activities under the tuition fee without extra expenses. Transparency and fee-breakdown are maintained at all times.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I didn't take any scholarships. Though JIMS provides scholarships opportunities to students in need which are funded by the government.

Campus Life :

Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj provides ample facilities that meet all the needs of the students to be it from study to co-curricular activities. Some of the facilities provided are Ragging free environment, 24x7 security systems, Free Wi-Fi internet, Central Library, Air-conditioned classrooms, Computer labs with modern hardware, Canteen facilities, Multi-utility stationery. Gender bias is intolerable on the campus.

Alumni/Alumna :

The college maintains a very close relationship with alumni and pass out students. The alumni are recognised with awards on achieving success in the corporate world. The alumni give speeches in guest lectures to share their journey from college to their current position, how the college supported them, paths to follow to achieve success.

Admission :

For admission into the following courses: BBA, BCA and BJMC applying students have to give the Common Entrance Test (CET) held by GGSIPU. Basic eligibility criteria for the candidates is that they must have scored at least 50% in higher secondary i.e., (10+2). For details visit www.jimsd.org.

Faculty at JIMS, VK is professionally trained, have years of experience in their respective subjects. They provide a first-class education in ways that are easy to grasp for a longer period.

Iitm - A good memory ??

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course was good and the teachers made it fun and easier to study. They even give study material and extra classes just in case we do not understand even a single topic. Teaching methods are not the one they should be improving as they are doing what a student can understand basically making a student friendly environment. Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is great because I think they can really shape a student's mindset in a great way, Earlier I didn't like to study but the course is so interesting that I find it fun to study now. It's really interesting with ppts and case studies and class activities, adds more fun to the course. The placement of JIMS Kalkaji are actually very good, for the batch 2016-19 a lot of students were placed at Royal Bank of Scotland with an average package 2.16 lac per annum, highest package for the batch 2016-19 was 4.05 Lac Per Annum offered by Godrej & Boyce, the average package for 2016-19 was 2.68 Lac Per Annum. The companies where students were placed were: 1. Royal Bank of Scotland 2. Travel Triangle 3. Godrej & Boyce 4. SR Ecommerce Factory Pvt. Ltd. 5. IBM 6. Policy Bazaar 7. Amazon 8.
