Course Curriculum Overview :

MBA course was a 2 -year full-time course. They offered various specialization areas and I opted for Human Resource management as my specialized area and we studied recruitment, organizational behavior, etc.

Placement Experience :

There is a placement cell in our college that guides and trains the graduating students. The placement of our college was good, more than 90% of the students were placed. Companies like Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, etc . and many companies visited our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The grand total fees of the MBA course cost ?3.24 Lakhs and this includes the tuition fees for every 4 semesters. The total fees for each year cost ?1.62 Lakhs. I think the fee structure of our college was feasible.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Merit-based scholarships were provided to the meritorious students who have score toppers marks in the exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.or any other national level entrance exam, during the admission process. Students can waive from 30% to 90% of the tuition fees.

Hostel Facilities :

The college provides hostels for boys and girls separately. The infrastructure of the hostels is good and can accommodate a number of students. The rooms were triple-sharing rooms, and it was well furnished. The total fees cost ?70,000 annually.

Admission :

I pursued an MBA course and I took the entrance exam of CAT and score valid marks of 78% and then, I fill out the application form online. Then I attended a Group discussion and I went through a personal interview.

Faculty :

The faculties of our college were great. They were very hardworking and serious in their job. They were all qualified for their job and they have experience of several years. The class lectures involve student's participation which is great.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from semester 3rd and the also get internship after 2nd semester. Placement rate is quite impressive as we look for the fee. In short more than 75% of the students will get placed and remaining will get offers as well but they don't join. My plan after MBA is be a good manager at some biggest company.

Our college is good for placements. Last year highest package was 14 lakh per annum. It also provide internship opportunity. One can also start his own startup with the help of college. Most of the students are placed. Many companies including Deloitte, fedral Bank etc. visit here. I also want to get placed.

Placement Experience:

Final Placement also starts from August along with the Summer internships, Usually till February Most of the students get placed, but during our time placements was bit challenging due to market conditions. everyone does not get placed some opt out and those who did not get placed have to search by their own. Few students from my batch are still yet to be placed, Placements committee is bringing companies but those companies are not good or paying much lesser. In my opinion Placement Process should be done by Management or any Agency, Students should not be involved in the Placements role. When students are involved for placements and they have been provided with so much control and power they misuses it. The Placement Committee run by students does not work with transparency lot of misuse of power and control is being done by those students.

Placement Experience:

I already got placement in the final year of B.Tech from the same campus in a Noida-based company but want to pursue MBA first. It all depends upon the capabilities of a student to get a placement from a campus drive, college provides a good number of opportunities regarding the same. In my batch, all the eligible candidates got placed in companies either from campus placement or direct interviews. After completing my MBA degree, I will try for MNCs related to the semiconductor industry.

After the core terms, the student is available to sit for placements. The number of companies is more than 1000 and offers more than 1800. The lowest package is 25L and the highest is 80L, but some may get even higher for moving abroad.

Remarks:

Our college is a very good college as compared to all the other MBA colleges in the city. The main advantage of the college is the shorter MBA course which is seldom available for the students seeking an MBA.
