Remarks :

Good reax only. Big campus, decent professors, mix crowd. Good environment. Good package overall. It is affiliated to Pune University so its a good thing. Located in Akurdi, not a big town and only famous because of this college so nice.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Pune University is very good and well maintained. Research is nothing to be honest. Labs are decent. Curriculum of university is awesome. One can get a good Cgpa, professors are supportive and friendly.

Placement Experience :

So, placement efforts are actually quite a lot by the coordinators. Many big firms come to the college for placements round the year. One can get placed depending on his/her potential and skills though. Nothing is gifted. Just good opportunities.

College Events :

So even my college, like most colleges has a fest around the months of jan/feb. These include technical as well as sports events. College lectures don't take place during this time. If one isn't interested, can simply go for a nice mini vacation.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is feasible for some and while non feasible for some. Totally depends on one's financial condition. General category fees was around 80,000 yearly. So you can do the math and find out whats the amount.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship was provide by the government and not the college. It was really beneficially. In fact college troubled the students a lot for documents, for first year if we avail the scholarship, the college should keep Record of it and not ask every year for documents.

Campus Life :

Sports are conducted during the college fests. Labs are decent. Gender ratio depends on course to course. Mechanical had worst ratio. Whereas computer had a good ratio. workshops are good. College timing was from 10-5

Hostel Facilities :

No i didnt opt for hostel as it was costly, food quality want good enough. Went for paying guest and loved it. My rent was send 3000 a month including all expenses so is quite affordable. you need to search though for good place and nice rent.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

No such support was provided. In fact I could hardly see seniors in my college. Their timings and our timings were purposely set so different that we could simply not meet them. So alumni benefit was nonetheless equal to 0 for me.

Admission :

I had a decent score in JEE Mains and based on that i got admitted through DTE and then came to Pune and started my life here alone. Infrastructure was awesome, huge campus, parents get attracted and boom, you are admitted here.

Faculty :

Most professors are ME and some are Phd as well. Like every college, some professors are ready to teach and interested, whereas some aren't. Overall good faculties and mine was mechanical, so mostly were males professors and could be easily friendly as well as informal at times with them.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
