No Negatives only positives stated above. one of the best colleges to study and get a hefty package or grow as a individual. people from all over the country study over here so interaction with them also helps.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course structure is very chilled out here. It gives a very nice opportunity for the students to explore new things and learn something out of the box. the exams are also very easy and hence consume a very less time of the semester to get prepared and the focus is majorly on the practical part.

Placement Experience :

IIT BHU has a 100 percent placement record over the last few years and it has one of the best placements among all the colleges of the country. Internship is also provided in the top firms of the country.

College Events :

Kashiyatra is the annual cultural fest organised in January with a footfall of around 70000. Spardha is the annual sports meet one of the biggest in north India. Technex is the annual techno management fest organised in February.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is feasible as the fees are according to the family income of the students and hence the students get rebate accordingly. The full fees are also not expensive as compared to the other colleges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Campus Life :

The Gender ratio is very good over here around 1:4 which is very good when we talk about the engineering colleges. There are various clubs that take the charge of extracurricular activities also they are at the institute level as well.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostels are provided to all the students of the institute. All the hostels have ample of space to roam around and also have lawns where you can chill out. Mess is inside the hostel so no need to go out for food.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Almuni network of the college is spread across the globe and it helps a lot. The placements depend very much on the almuni base of the college. There are also interaction sessions with them which helps us to gain knowledge from their experience.

Admission :

The only way is to qualify JEE mains and Advanced. The most important procedure after that is the choice filling which has to be done carefully and forms a major part of the counseling process. There are seven rounds that fully ensure that the candidates get the seat of their choice.

Faculty :

IITs have the most qualified faculties around the country. IIT BHU especially have more experienced faculties because the college has completed 100 years ( although became IIT in 2012). Faculties are very keen to teach the course but students here are more interested to learn by themselves.

The Campus life

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is decent highest package was 30 lac per annum and average is 6-7 lac per annum....From 6th semester u are eligible for the campus placements.... companies that visited are- IBM, TCS,etc I just don't remember now there are many... percent of students getting placements are near about 80% i guess

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good in my college. From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra etc do visit my college. Best college for developing startup skills

Remarks:

The best part of this college is that it has an incubation centre which is governed by the DST government of India to promote new innovative ideas and mould the incubator to start there startup and became an entrepreneur.

I always want to become a mechanical engineer because innovation and technology attracts me. This college focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship Development skill and this is the main reason to select this college.
