Remarks :

Bus routes are rare so that it is very difficult to travel. Only the college buses are available for the journey. Other than that only 2 buses are there for travel. Outside shops are only 1 which makes difficult for getting anything.

Course Curriculum Overview :

In kerala all B tech is now based on KTU syllubus and they are following technical based education. Exams are conducted in semester wise and you will have 8 semester throughout. Out of which you need to pass all semester to be a Graduate.

Placement Experience :

Now a days I have heard that the college is giving more placement opportunities for the students. More number of companies are coming to college each year and thus more number of students are getting placed.

College Events :

College celebrates many events each year Freshers day, Union day, College day ( 3-4 days), Department events, Culteral fest, Christmas, Onam, Teachers day, Sports day, Technical workshops, And many other events are being conducted each year.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure are varies based on merit. There are 3 categories Merit/Management/NRI. Merit seats are filled based on government approval and fees suggested by government ( Normally arount 40000 to 70000) each year. Management varies from (90000 to 120000). And NRI seats varies from 1. 5 lakh to 2 lakhs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship based on government approvals are provided by the college. Education loan facility is provided with the college management support by providing necessary fee structure. All loans details are better to confirm with the banks you are going to contact.

Campus Life :

College consists of a very good labs and workshops with the best in the state only. The labs are the most attractive in this college with a high level of maintenance. All facilities in lab are available here. College is giving more importance to sports also. Each year more students are getting participated in university fests.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel has a very good Atmosphere which is placed inside the campus. Ladies and mens hostel are available with more than 200 rooms in which Mess facilities also available. Security and warden are available 24 x 7 and is well safe for the students.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, Alumni and senior students helps others to achieve a good place in their career. They support for the growth of the college in financial ways also. They are also trying to help the juniors by giving the guidance to achieve a good career.

Admission :

By Writing Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination Apply for Kerala entrance and prepare for the same Once you got the required mark you can choose the college from one time selection process online. Then they will call you based on your mark.

Faculty :

The college consists of very good faculties in each branch. All are well qualified and is a good companion for the students and for their support. They train the students well to achieve their dreams.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
