Remarks :

As I have mentioned those 5 years were the best ones of my life, I was an introvert I do not have many friends, but with my studies, and started making new friends and they were all different in behavior. Teachers are also very helpful and provide information with no more specific examples during lectures and they also take some free period as they also know if they make us study for a long time we will sleep for sure.

Course Curriculum Overview :

B. com is really a tough course as many say it's an easy one but there are many subjects like accounts and economic which require more attention in the third year. The exam pattern is good but usually, our centers were far from our home so it takes time to reach exam centers.

Placement Experience :

As I have chosen B. Com so there was no placement usually not every college provides placement for this course we have to choose our streams accordingly after or during graduation. I got Job during 2 years itself.

College Events :

Our college annual fest was celebrated in the month of January. There are many great dancers and musicians. In my group, during college, we have a friend named Ajay who use to choreograph the group dance solo or duet for everyone and there were many more like plays and dramas.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is good as compared to the college structure and campus. Yes, there was no canteen we have to outside for some food there was a stall nearby to the college and many shops as well. Recently I have visited the college and saw there was a new pizza outlet over there.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have no idea about this yet but our dean Mr. Abayankar sir has provided scholarships to many students and I have no idea about the process. But if it is informed in the first year so there will be a great opportunity for many students to get one.

Campus Life :

College annual sports events are always celebrated in poor gymkhana. I have won a 200-meter race and there are many different sports. We use to play cricket, kabaddi, and treasure hunt. Even many teachers take part in it.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes during the second year we use to take help from our seniors from the third year. They were helpful they provide us notes and books if they do not have them managed in the class when a teacher is not present.

Admission :

I got admission through the merit list. I was on the second merit list in 2011. I got admission in 11th then I continued my studies till graduation as I do not want to change college. It was the best 5 years of my life in Nirmal.

Faculty :

Every single professors are unique although we love some of them or some of them in the end we all miss them a lot. Our paths professor was the best she was also one who encouraged us to take part in college events and fest.

Embarking on the Campus Journey: Christ College, Irinjalakuda

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm a 3rd year BCom Taxation student. I don't think that some subjects are relevant for the course. Some subjects are not required in the future. From 5th sem onwards there is an open Course subject which we have to learn and pass the exam. The open Course subject that I have received is not based on the marks that I received in my previous semester exam. And in have to go to the office to change the subject of my like later on.

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

My dream is to become a accountant. So I choose this bcom with computer application course. The course structure was very nice and we can understand easily. In my opinion do more practicals . This course is therotically oriented which is not good when we go for a job. So it is better to give more practicals than theory sections. Main reason I hated the college was the exams. The college put the exam without any time gap which was very annoying

They are providing the best placements from other college. In the 2nd year of our course first they give training to us and then they give internship programms . And in the third year they make us ready for our placements. They provide best company placement to us. They are not looking our marks for selection but the attitude towards them.

Our heaven

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is based on accounts and marketing etc. There is required faculty to guide students with a HOD which means the head of the department. Faculty are supportive and motivated. Teaching is done through using teaching methods and other using other technologies like projectors etc. Exams are conducted every 6 months in between the 3 years.
