Remarks :

Although positive remark about the college and negative remark on hostel facilities they provided. College is having good infrastructure and sports areas. The college management? is not even considering the hostel students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Mechanical engineering is a good course as comparing to other Engineering courses.The possibility for a research is minimal at this instance.After completing graduation they can make post graduation then to PhD.The exams and labs are conducting strictly under University supervision?.There is only a maximum of 4 month will be getting for completing a single semester

Placement Experience :

Many companies and organisation came here for job placement? they provide job for students who are high active.Nowadays Wipro Infosys infotech etc.are the companies approached for placing students.Internships are conducted in this college but no chance to get stipend.

College Events :

This college offers programs like Tech fest, Techno managerial cultural fest, Arts fest, sports day, University sports matches etc.Also they don't even raise money from the college management.They collect money from students to

Fee Structure And Facilities :

For merit seats college didn't possess high fees only a minimum about 20000 per year But for students joining in management seats and NRI seat must provide a minimum about 75000 per year as their fees

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No such scholarships are available because it is a self financing college.No loan facility is offered by the college.We can apply for an educational loan in banks if it is necessary to complete studies

Campus Life :

Sports and cultural fest are conducting in this college by a good manner there is no gender and cast discrimination in this college.No political influence can be shown in this college because it is self financing college run by a strict management.

Hostel Facilities :

I have opted for college hostel.Rooms are not so good and the Facilities that they provided is poor as comparing to other college.Hostel fees varies with the in a range of 4500-6500.Here no seat is given for post graduation students.They must find some other way of sharing rooms near college

Alumni/Alumna :

Students studied from this college is working all over the part of the world and having a great alumni network?.Good way of interaction from the side of past studied students.Students are also placed in good companies on the basis of past students

Admission :

I made admission in this college by NRI seat because I didn't? appear in KEAM entrance exam.Mainly studying Mechanical Engineering is a task, and I was knowing that.The overall confidence to join this course was my parents.My father wants me to become an engineer.I joined in NRI quota which is also allotted for students who are not writing KEAM entrance exam

Faculty :

They are well qualified.Most of the Facilities are from good academic background.Teacher's who complete there post graduation are only allowed to teach students.The lab assistants must have minimal of a graduation from any University

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
