The college had a nice infrastructure along with the facilities as well the professors were so good and intellectually sound that I was able to understand the concept easily without any issue. Along with the college infrastructure and course, the structure was excellent.
Course Curriculum Overview
During the commencement of my course, I learned a lot about Fibre & Yarn Science, Elements Of Fashion & Design even Elements Of Fashion & Design Practicals. All these subjects were indeed very interesting as well as engaging.
Placement Experience
The job opportunity at NIFT is the best feature. As the reputed companies often comes for the hiring process, they generally offer good amount. Along with this the institute promotes the students with the best form of placement and jobs related information.I myself got placed in FabIndia through college placement.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Th amount I paid for this course was some way to be around Rs 11.6 lakhs/- and in my 1st year the fee was Rs 250,000/- and in my 2nd year I paid around Rs 264,000/- and followed by this each year the fees was different.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are well maintained and generally, we had 200 rooms and 2 students share one room. Along with this, the hostel had 24 *7 Wifi availability as well as washing machines and geyser so that the students get the maximum benefit from this.
Admission
The fashion industry is at a boom period, this is the reason I am happy to apply here for pursuing B.Des in fashion designing. The admission process is quite simple all you need to fill up the admission application form and if you are lucky enough and are fitting into the eligibility criteria published by this college, you will finally be able to see yourself in the merit list derived by the college.
Faculty
All my professors including the visiting faculty are intellectual people with good influence in the fashion industry, Their approach towards teaching and giving us their own experienced lessons helped us to know the pros and cons of the course.
