Remarks :

The college has both positive as well as negatives. They provide the students skills development program inorder to develop the skills of the students it also includes communication classes aptitude classes and technical trainings. The bad remarks will be about the cocurricular activities they don't organise any kind of culturals and symposiums which is a dissapoinment

Course Curriculum Overview :

As this is an Anna University affiliated college syllabus will be based on Anna University fixtures. College strictly follows the Anna University pattern to complete the portion and prepare the students for semester. Exams will also be based upon the University fixtures

Placement Experience :

Yes internship was provided to me at skill-lync which is an e-learning company. Skill-Lync is a very good choice for the mechanical engineers who want to pursue any extra knowledge in their field irrespective of their curriculars.

College Events :

Our college does not host any symposium and culturals. But they conduct annual day every year. And also celebrates all kind of religious festivals by allowing the students to wear the festival attire.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As of me as I'm a student who got into the college through counselling so my fees a is feasible but the transportation fee is too high when compared to the academic fees. Some students who stays in also feels the fee to be a bit expensive

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes I'm provided with first graduate scholarship and the scholarships on caste based are also provided. This is applicable to me in every academic year. The first graduate scholarship is basically provided by the government on Tamil Nadu to promote education

Campus Life :

The labs are good indeed. But they can equip the labs with more equipments to promote education by doing instead of learning. Incase of sports the college supports all the sport persons they provide a great platform for the ones interested and skilled in their profession

Alumni/Alumna :

As far as the alumni network they are trying to build the network stronger by arranging a get together meetings to have a healthier contact. The alumni are are not active as of now hope they will be arranging inaccordingly

Admission :

I got into my college through Anna University counselling which will be conducted every year for the students who are interested to pursue engineering.this will happen according to the pcm cut off that we gained from passing out 12th.

Faculty :

All the faculty members are very down to earth are very helpful if in need. Have a good background in their way of handling the subjects. Very good at completing the syllabus in allocated time and prepare the students to out shine in the exams

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
