Remarks :

I will recommend that if you are serious about your studies then don't choose this college among others. Other colleges are better than this college staff don't choose this college chose college like mit, coep, pccoe.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Computer and IT are the courses which are having a great future ahead, the staff is also good exams are conducted by the university which is having a pattern of 70-30 marks and passing criteria is 40 marks.

Placement Experience :

Many companies came in college but only few companies were of the domain, other were like call centers(amazon, wns, exl, mphasis) the placement cell is not good and the placement percentage is also very low.

College Events :

Various technical events held in college like techmanthan which includes paper presentation, product presentation, quiz, games like need for speed- most wanted, blind coding, rocket launching, cricket.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Expensive, the fees is very high as compared to other colleges in the university, it was 120000 in 2015 and now it may be near 130000 which is expensive for the university student, and extra fees also exclusive.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship is given by the university that is half of the total fees like if total fees is 120000 then scholarship will get half of the fees that is 60000rs and economically backward class also gets discount of 59%.

Campus Life :

Nothing is good like labs, no gymnasium in the college college is having a playground but is also used by 5-6 schools so that no one get proper use of it, sports teacher is also not hired in the college.

Hostel Facilities :

I haven't opted for the hostel, i used to live outside of the college in an apartment near the college and it took only 15 minutes to reach the college from my apartment and it is affordable to live in apartment.

External Expense : Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni are invited every year but noone takes it seriously and noone goes for the alumni meet held by the college, there are groups of alumni on whatsapp but noone responds on it also overall noone is interested to go back to that college.

Admission :

Through cap round; merit list, the procedure is held by the university and we need to apply for the course throgh University portal then there are three rounds to get admission in your prescribed college.

Faculty :

Faculty is good and some of the faculty are not aware about domain knowledge but still they try to give their best, all the staff behaves like a friend and all are co-operative and having a good sense of humor.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
