Remarks :
Ragging free campus. Green & clean campus. Study & get placed is the main motive. Many events where students can participate according to their interest. There is a jym and swimming pool too. Many skill development courses are also provided to students which are very useful in their future.
Course Curriculum Overview :
2 internals of 20 marks 1 mid semester of 60 marks and 2 semesters per year having 5 subjects in each semester. There are also other courses like marine engineer, hotel management, diploma, MBA and ITI.
Placement Experience :
Placement is quite good for CS, IT branches but very less core companies come for recruitment. Overall it is good. Yes, you can do intership here in hydraulics and pheumatics lab under Bosch and TTL.
College Events :
Main event of our college is CELEGANCE. This is the annual function of C.V Raman. We also celebrated tech fest every year named VIDYANTRIK. A short film fest named SHRISTI which we celebrate every year. ROSHNI night is celebrated every year before the day of Diwali for hostelers. And there are also many more events.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees is not too expensive or not too feasible. Even middle class family students can afford. It's is about 1.4 lakh excluding hostel fees. Registration fees for each semester is extra as other colleges.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
You can get scholarship from the college if your career has been good( 90% in class 10 and +2). Or if your families annual income is less than 4 lakh per anum. Or else you can apply for scholarship. Study loan is also available.
Campus Life :
Extra curricular activities ie annual athletic meet is organised every year. Excluding that there and inter branch cricket basketball , volleyball and kabaddi matches. But less scope for football thought :(
Hostel Facilities :
Infrastructure and hygiene of hostel is quite good. There won't be any other problem in the hostel except the taste of the food they provide. Hostel fees is about 68k per year for non AC rooms. AC rooms charges are about 1L per year.
Alumni/Alumna :
There is a student's alumni network for passout students. Every student who has passed out the college is a member of alumni. Here passout students can support the college financially or can visit the college. ( As per my openion)
Admission :
First i registration myself for ojee( Odisha-JEE) entrance examination. Then appeared the exam. After the results published, documents & marksheet verification was done. After the college choice filling was done where students can fill there desired college to join. After that they will get the college alloted according to their rank secured in ojee entrance.
Faculty :
Highly qualified and experienced faculties. Quite friendly and helpful. They don't hesitate to clear doubts any time. Quite friendly and good behaving faculties. Very knowledgious & can clear doubts any time we call them.
