Remarks

The faculties in the Mar baselious institutr of technology and science, Nellimattom was very good and pleasant behaviour. They are ready to help the students for the academic excellence. Also they provide night class for weaker students

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was good. But there is also some problems about the university. The main problem is yearout issue and the valuation problems. The exam structure is some times bad because there is less gap for tough subjects

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunity is good. Last year there is more companies are visited our campus like NCS, TCS, TEXA, RABBIT, etc are conducted interview. Also placement classes were conducted for students

College Events

The events that are celebrated are arts, sports, tech fest, etc were conducted in our college. Also some important personalities and actors were visited our college. A cinema called vakathirivu that is shooted in our college

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. I was transferred from kmp college of engineering, cherukunnam, poomala, because of the closure of this college, I was applied to transfer to mar baselious institute of technology and science, Nellimattom. So fee is less for me

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of seniors are very good They got prize continuous 3 years of our quad torq vehicle designing and they got chance to excel their performance. Also solar car was developed by the seniors.

Placement Experience:

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

A PLACE TO CREATE YOUR FUTURE

Placement Experience:

There is a good placement cell in RIT Kottayam. From the 6th semester onwards students got placement training and career guidance classes and there are various clubs to improve your aptitude and chances to get the job through placement. The major recruiters of the campus are Oracle, Microsoft, Allianz, MRF, IDBI Bank, Infosys IBM, TCS, VVDN, WIPRO, Suntec EXPERION etc. There is about 75 % of students get placed every year. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.
