Remarks :

The Sinhgad College of Engineering is the main college at the campus and includes a very well maintained environment for the students to study and also enjoy the nature and its beauty. The labs are well equiped for the projects. Sinhgad institute has also signed several MOU's for improving research.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is well structured and is reviewed regularly. It follows the syllabus according Savitribai Phule Pune University. The University makes sure the syllabus is up-to-date with industrial standards.

Placement Experience :

A large number of students are recruited every year by companies including Accenture, Cognizant and Infosys which are the mass recruiters. Other companies also approach with a smaller number of vacancies. As a Training and placement student representative, I would say the T&P cell is very active and involving for the students.

College Events :

Events are ongoing throughout the year. Including the flagship Sinhgad Karandak which includes Techtonic the technical fest events ranging from fashion show to drama. Other events of Carnival, and regular promotional events take place.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Comparatively feasible. The fees for a year is about 1 lakh INR for 2019-20. Which is less compared to other private institutions in India. Ofcourse it is higher than the government aided institutes which are funded by the government.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship are hard to find. You'll have to attain it externally or through government aided such EBC scholarship. Loans are available through external agencies. The college has tie-ups with few banks to provide low interest rate loans.

Campus Life :

They are regular competitions of various sports, although Cricket is favoured. Sports are highly regarded at Sinhgad institutes and it makes sure students have the necessary facilities to enjoy while improving academics.

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni are placed and also completing their further studies around the globe. They are very helpful if approached appropriately. The alumni network of Sinhgad is well maintained and has regular events for alumni.

Admission :

I completed my H.S.C and appeared for MH-CET entrance exam. After the exam based on the rank obtained in the entrance exam, I chose Sinhgad College of Engineering. I got the offer in the first round and completed the process by paying the fees and submitting the documents in the college office.

Faculty :

The faculty are well trained with Phd in their respective subjects. The faculty to student ratio of my department is quite good. The faculty are helpful and also guide the students for future perspectives when approached.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Last year students gets the chance for placements. many companies came here to offer jobs for students. ex.l&t,HC,etc. for cs there is highest package of 43 lakh. for civil average package of 6-7 lakh is there. around 75-80% students gets placed. My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
