College review

The faculties doesn't appreciate the students on outside college achievements. The practical knowledge is less and RTU theory exams are given more importance. A student has to create and discover himself and the help by college is very less in this process.

Our college is affiliated by RTU ie Rajasthan Technical University, kota. The course curriculum is set by RTU. Till the batch joined in 2016 the course curriculum was same as previous, but from 2017 the pattern has changed a lot with improvements in it.

In 4th year the placement activities are conducted in our college. Well established and known companies for technical, non technical and marketing background visits our college for recruiting process. The recruitment process is aptitude test followed by group discussion then personal interview is conducted and final step is the HR interview.

Many technical, non technical, cultural and sports competitions are conducted in our college on inter and intra level as follows: Aarohan-annual technical, cultural and sports inter college fest. Aadhar- inter college technical and coding competition Manthan- Inter college debate compilation Wise activities for girls only. Etc

Yes, the fee structure is feasible according to the fee required for btech. The fee structure is based on Rtu fee structure.The fee of one year that includes two semesters is 77000. And our btech course is of 4 years course.

There is no scholarship program offered by our college but the ST/SC and the students whos parents has annual income less than 5-8 lacs their fees is less then normal. And other government scholarship notifications are provided by our college.

Many inter college sports and extracurricular activities are organized by our college and hostel annually. And our college team also participates in many outside competitions. Many technical, non technical, cultural, etc events are organized by our college.

I have opted for hostel. The hostel has mess, jiming, sports, cultural, 2 seater, 3 seater, non ducting, ducting and ac rooms available. With hospitals emergency facility. Mentorship porgram is also organized in our hostel.

The PAA ie poornima alumni association is in contact with the alumni and their alumni meets, and communication on fixed time or on regular intervel are done with alumnis. And we get to know about the current scenario of the industries and their current employee requirements.

In 2016 after 12th exam I had given the JEE Mains Exam, the marks scored by me in jee mains exams along marks scored in 12th together were added in reap counselling for rajasthan technical colleges. From the merit list generated I was allotted my college according to my preferences.

Faculties are strict towards technical studies. The outside participation and extra curricular activities are not much important for them. The are basically totally dependent on the syllabus and the rules set by the RTU kota. And are only for course completion process.
