Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose IT in the college because the reputation of IT at VIIT is good. Student to faculty ratio is around 1 teacher to 25 students. The teaching method is good. The exams happen every 2-3 months and the level is easy to moderate, one can easily pass the exams by studying for 2 weeks.
Internships Opportunities :
Campus internship opportunities are provided to students. Internships with a stipend or not depend on the company. A stipend of 40000-50000 is given to eligible students. Training programs are also conducted.
Placement Experience :
Students get eligible for placements from the sixth semester of the academic year. Many companies like Paytm, Jio, and NVIDIA hire from our college campus and the average package for IT was around 6-7 LPA. The placement percentage is around 85-90%.
Fees and Financial Aid :
There is no fee hike in our college in the last 5-6 years. College also provides scholarships like maha-debt and various internship opportunities which may/may not offer a stipend. Training programs are also conducted.
Campus Life :
The campus is fairly moderate, not a very big campus but has the basic amenities for students like a library, cafeteria, sports room, and playing ground. It has many clubs both tech and non-tech like Cybercell, GFG, and EDC.
Admission :
The admission process was fairly simple, you can get admission through jee percentile or mhtcet score. The application form, fees, and dates can be found in the college office on campus or the website.
