Remarks :

Tezpur Law College is One of the best College of Tezpur in the North Eastern State Assam, India. Teaching quality is best there. Good facilities are provided by the college. Teachers of the college are quite friendly and most helpful. I have experienced it and I will advice you all to do the same. You will be benefited for sure.

Admission :

Tezpur Law College,Assam offers three courses in law namely BA-LLB for a duration of five years, LLB for a duration of 3 years and LLM for a duration of 2 years. Eligibility Criteria for each are as follows - BA-LLB :Candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 45% aggregate, for SC/ST/OBC it's 40% LLB : Candidate should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% aggregate, for SC/ST/OBC it's 40% LLM :Candidate should passed BA-LLB or LLB from a recognized university with 45% aggregate, for SC/ST/OBC it's 40% Admission to undergraduate courses such as BA-LLB and LLB is done on the merit of qualifying examination, candidates need to fill admission form and further shortlisted ones are called for counselling process or other admission formalities. Admission to LLM is based on written exam conducted by concerned college. Admission process usually begin in the month of May or June for undergraduate courses.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum provides ample of opportunities in both the legal as well as business world. There's active participation from both the genders which makes it very gender neutral to pursue. Also the faculty members are quite friendly and helpful

Remarks:

The college is quote renowned in the north east with a lot of students from that part of the country studying in the college. The infrastructure is good, the faculty is knowledgeable and the college maintains a good balance between studies and fun.

Admission:

Jorhat Law College is a Government law school situated in, Jorhat in the Indian state of Assam. The college is affiliated to Dibrugarh University. This College is recognised by Bar Council of India, New Delhi. The candidates who wish to get admission must be a graduate with atleast 45 percent. They will have to give the entrance exam and based on their merit, they will be given admission.

Placement Experience:

The college aims at preparing students for their future. They help the students in every possible way. However, there are no on campus internships and placements. The law graduates can find jobs in various law firms.

Remarks:

Very good University but sometimes strike happened like at the time of CAA. Bathinda time the the college is very good and the departments are very well the hostel facilities and very good the food is very good the culture is very good the sports is very good and the interesting people are very good here and they are the most beautiful people and most soulful people I have ever met.
