Remarks :

There are no negative remarks about my college as our college is filled with the best infrastructure and located in a calm place with a good atmosphere and sceneries. No need to worry about ragging or anything as strict rules are there for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

To get a graduation in engineering, it is required to pass all subjects in 8 semesters. BTech degree consists of 4 years of study and each year, there exist 2 semesters. It is required to pass the two semesters for jumping to next year. During each semester we have to get enough attendance and enough internal marks, assignment marks, points from internship and Tech fest to appear for the semester examination.

Placement Experience :

There is a lot of placements and job opportunities are conducting in our college under a good faculty for placement in our college. In each month, the power placement cell conduct a placement drive or job drive in our college which provides a chance for the students in our college to face the interview and to obtain jobs. Our college also provides internships which give extra skills for the students participating in it.

College Events :

In our college, we celebrate the annual fest and we conduct hackathons workshop etc in our college. Students from other colleges come to participate in our events and students in our college also participate in the workshops and accept to showcase their talents and abilities hidden in their mind. We celebrate our festivals like Onam, Christmas, Holi etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure in our college consists of a low structure. Admission is based on interview and merit list, so that students only need to pay low fees. The fees in our college are affordable for the students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college gives scholarship to the students who deserve them. Those who belong to low annual income and those who reduced good marks in high school examinations and in entrance examinations can deserve the scholarship. Loans are also available for the students who show extraordinary performance in the examinations.

Campus Life :

There is a large leisure time for the students in my college apart from the study time. They can play games like football, volleyball, cricket and much more as their wish and as this college is situated near a calm place, there is a lot of tourist places near to this area, so that they can visit these tourist places.

Hostel Facilities :

Ab hostel has a good infrastructure and it provides safety for the students who come from long places. Students can enjoy good healthy and hygienic food at a low cost. Each room in the hostel is vast so that is every student can easily live in it.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior students and college aluminium are very helpful and cooperative for the Juniors and the freshers as they provide study helps and motivates and give confidence and courage to face the exams and problems they face.

Admission :

I got admission through the interview process as I didn't appear for an entrance exam. I got the best marks in my high school and with those marks, I got admission. I got admission to the Computer Science branch.

Faculty :

Our college is blessed with good faculty for all the branches in our college. All faculties are blessed with lots of experiences in their teaching life. They have an extra ability to know the mind of students and help them to solve the problems in their life and academic matters with their guidance, it is sure that everyone can succeed in exams and in life.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
