Remarks :

College is well maintained by the management.Students feels really calm and positive .vidya has got a nice campus .i didnt felt anything negative about the college .In thrissur If u needs a good campus life you must select vidya for your engineering life

Course Curriculum Overview :

it was a good course with some core subjects.it was bit tough to study in the initial semesters.Some subjects are really easy to capture .University offers good quality in the teaching .Exams are conducted in each semesters

Placement Experience :

placements at the college was not was thar much good.But companies like tata consultancy and infosys are hiring students with good marks and aptitude skills.But i think placements nowadays are far much better

College Events :

Arts day is the main event conducted at the college where students get a chance to express their skills and talents.onam celebration and xmas celebration are really memorable days at the college.Techfest also conducted every year

Fee Structure And Facilities :

fee structure of the college is slightly high comparing to the other colleges .But the fees are satisfactory according to a student who gets a lot of advantages and well hospitality.There are lot of scholarships available according to the marks occupied

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are lot of scholarships offered by the management.About 2crore rupees is allowed for the scholarships.They are purely for the students who have good grades,good sportsand arts skills.NRI students are not eligible for scholarships

Campus Life :

There are lot of sports opportunities in vidya.Many talents are brought from vidya.There are seperate courts for football,cricket,badminton,volleyball and basketball.Vidya gives special training for the students

Hostel Facilities :

Vidya has got great hostel facility than other colleges in thrissur.There are seperate hostel for girls and boys in the college.food and accomodaction is really good .its very neat and clean .students feels like a home there

External Expense : Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yeah alumni meets are conducted every year atleast once.We are able to conmect with the seniors and juniors through these alumni network which is really helpfull for the future connections.Students should be aware about the alumni meets

Admission :

Admission was based on management quota.Student should have atleast 50 percentage marks in maths physics and chemistry .There will be a management quota ranklist .Admission is on the basis on the academic excellence

Faculty :

yeah all faculties are well qualified.They are really helpful in difficult times.They are always ready to clear the doubts about the topic which is tough to study.They are the lights which made us a good person in all kinds

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?.
