Remarks :

Nothing. Just a business calamity instituition. Most of the members plays pranks on the students, guardians, even some facilities too. Which points a reason to the inexperienced staffs in the field of teaching

Course Curriculum Overview :

Poor. Totally outdated syllabus. Inexperienced staffs. filled with theory primitive subjects. Advanced technologies are not yet taught. Students attain nothing from the course needed for the job. Total wastage of time just for some certificates

Placement Experience :

Our college used to have placements as they said. But in my batch there were nothing as they said. Most of the students failed due to poor guidance and teachings. Almost 60-70% graduates are unemployed and working out of their core streams

College Events :

Arts day, sports day, teachers day, technical festival, IEDC, etc. There are not much things extra than this. They are all conducted and coordinated by the students itself. The facilities has no great role but to be the audience

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is feasible. But the fee is deducted over and over again from the poor students. The original certificates are not issued back to the students until they pay the amount the college management demands

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There was one thing which I was impressed on the time of admission. it was that the fee will be reduced for the students who scores above 70 percentage of the academics. I don't know if it was true or not.

Campus Life :

Soo poor. We don't even have a good college ground for sports. I am an athlet. Which made me soo disappointed. Labs are also soo poor so that once an external institute members failed to give us a value aided course because of the poor lab performance

Hostel Facilities :

Yes. The college hostel was fun. It's infrastructure was good at once. But the mobile networks and food quality stuffs are really poor. The students had attached bathrooms for each room. The warden was like a father to us. (Boys hostel)

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Every individuals are different. They never held any reunion parties. May be because of the reason they too hated the college too. Most of the seniors were too friendly towards us. Most of them felt like a brother or sister

Admission :

I heard of the college in a newspaper advertisement. In which they were given so many offers in the advertisement. Which was a planned trap for students. They never given any of the offers tha5 they offered. Everybody was disappointed, yet they had nothing to do but to adjudt

Faculty :

They are inexperienced. Doesn't know how to interact well with students. Doesn't have much knowledge of the subjects. Only theoretical knowledge. Because of that students don't even value them. Because of them the students themselves search for study materials and carry in with studies

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
