Remarks :

This college is Autonomous so the college sometimes introduces some unwanted decisions so the students are not willing about that decision but the management sometimes try to force.But last the management were came to the students side this is the negative of this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Very good because the examination results were published early comparing other colleges in Kozhikode.St Joseph’s College Devagiri is an autonomous college.So the college functions very smoothly like the exams and other activities.

Placement Experience :

There are also placements available in ST JOSEPHS college Devagiri comparing other colleges there are a few amount of placements are available.There are lot of students were graduated and most of them are placed.

College Events :

The college union inauguration,Fine arts day,Sports day,College Annual day And there are also programmes that conducted by the college union 2018-19.And that is one of the unforgettable year because lot of events are conducted in that year.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee of my course is 14900 it is little high because everyone are not rich students are coming from different situations so the colleges understood about this the fee is a main problem that i face in this college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The RUSA funded this college around 2crores so this year the college introduces so many scholarship programmes.And most of the scholarship programmes are really helpful to the students so there are lot of scholarship schemes are available.

Campus Life :

Going good the extracurricular activities and the other programmes like labs sports are functions smoothly in this college.Our course have no lab but the college provides additional facility of lab for studying type writing and audio editing.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities of ST JOSEPHS COLLEGE,Devagiri is clean and good one there are no problems occur in the hostel and the hostels are clean and hygiene and the infrastructure and facilities are great.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

The comments about the college by the senior students are really wonderful and they also regret about this college.The Devagiri is a spirit in their minds they never forget this college and the faculties in this college.

Admission :

I got admission in this college via merit list and the college send a letter to my address.So i go to the college for my admission process and i got admission on merit.I have a 79% of marks in my higher secondary.

Faculty :

My opinion about the faculty of my college is really fantastic.The teachers are like a good friend.Teaching type are really variety comparing other colleges faculties the faculty of st josephs college Devagiri makes Devagiri powerful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I strictly does not in believe in studying political science and history while doing a degree course of Economics subject because they are completely different. I had political science and history until 2 years in 4 semesters in total. I prefer to give mathematics for us as it would have been easy for us now, when we have much bigger questions to solve.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, they provide placement in india and outside india. I don't know the name but most of the big companies visited. No idea. 30% out of 100%. Work as a Freelance designer also audio engineer in the movie field or music field.

Get into SJCC

Placement Experience:

After the 4th semester we would be eligible for campus placements and we will be having internship during the end of 5th semester. I got into a digital marketing company for my internship period of 1 month at Pixel Boho ,my friends also got internship in Big company's like Flowers TV, Mythri productions ,Beylim etc. most students Get placements and for me ,my plan was to go to film industry so after my degree I went on an internship at the Chithranjali studios in trivandrum and Now I am currently an Editor of a feature film.

Before I'm joining the course, I had many expectations but after 3 semesters the syllabus started becoming useless and complicated. There are many topics in the syllabus which is not have to study. It's like 40% main topics and the rest are stuffed for nothing.

A home in a College

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course was BA Communicative English which was a 3 years course it was really knowledgeable and good,teachers were perfectly professional and had full knowledge on the subjects. It was a self financed program so the fees is little higher compared to other courses. We have two internships in 3 years one is for teaching and other is for journalism mass communication and all were good and effective. The college also provides placement where we'll known companies come and provide placement for the students. It is also assist we'll. Overall a very good college with a family environment and good staffs
