Remarks :

A positive remark of our College is aur College is very good for engineering and other courses, our College's infrastructure si very good like palace but low amount of hygiene and cleanliness, our College is very outside in Pune city.

Course Curriculum Overview :

We have three years six semester course. There are 4 main subject. Accommodation management, front office management,tour and tourism department, food production. Subject are much difficult to understand.

Placement Experience :

Our College give us Job every year in summer vacation. The disruption of job is around three months. And stipends is around 3 to 4000 rupees. I believe in practical knowledge instead of book and class knowledge.

College Events :

International bread day, International chef day, International cookie day, Maharashtrian cuisine day, World tourism day, Swach bharat abhiyan, Gandhi jayanti week, New year celebration, Christmas celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure of bachelor of science in hospitality and hotel tourism is around 15,0000 to 1,8,0000.and form bachelor of hotel management is around 250000.the fees are lil bit expensive in compare of quality.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are no scholarships in our College.i don't know about it. And about loan facility.you have to visit nearest bank about further information and question. You can get loan up to 98% fees and 80% hostel fees.

Campus Life :

There are many extracurricular activities in our College.like football, cricket, baseball, hockey, basket ball. But it has very strict rules like if you want to go swimming you have to ware swimming costume etc. They will not allow you to go.

Hostel Facilities :

I am not opted for hostel because the hostel is very expensive and very short of facilities. It is costs around 1.50000 per year per student.and mess charges will be extra. and it is costs around 50000 per year.it is not in budget.

External Expense : Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna :

The senior are much good in nature but some of are very attitudes boys.that do ragging in their campus or hostel room. But we junior have to tolerate this thing because of our further studies. They help us alot to complete our journal.

Admission :

First of all I visited online site, then I visited College and took information about course, admission, exams, and all then I took entrance and phonetic interview then I visited college and completed paper work.

Faculty :

It is quite good. There are many teachers. That have studied lot. That have experience in hotel work and they are very knowledgeable teacher. Some of teachers are not from foreign country return. Most are not much knowledgeable.

IHM Mumbai, My journey

Placement Experience:

The course definitely makes you employable in the industry. You get to bag in all sorts of skills. The final placements start in the third year with big brands coming in. Every major hotel chain like IHCL, EIH, ITC etc visited the campus and took students. Companies like jubilant foods and others also came for placements. Mostly all the students who want to get placed, get placed. I had a different plan after pursuing my degree which was to go for an MBA.

Good or bad, but it's my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I wanted to explore the hotel industry. The faculty is very supportive and very educated. They all were working in good 5 star hotels 30:70. Term exams were semester wise and there was the internal assessment that helps students in knowing the pattern of semester exams. And the internal assessment marks were added to the semester. So if u didn't perform well in the semester assessment marks can save you. It's not that difficult to pass you can go through the past year papers and study.

A brief of IHM Mumbai

Placement Experience:

All the reputed 5-star companies come to our college for placements such as Tah hotel, Oberoi group, four seasons, st.regis, ITC hotel, Starbucks, and many more such brands. The salary you get after is course is nearly about 16000 to 22000 per month. Generally 90%+ students get placed from the campus itself but due to covid reasons in 2020, the placements were affected.
