Remarks :

Very good placements opportunities. College is located in the heart of the city so dayscholars can reach college easily but traffic is the main issues. College is surrounded by buildings and less natural.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Compared to what I hear from my friends, psg tech is far way good than remaining engineering colleges. Every 3 years syllabus is changed. Minimum 2 labs per semester, problems given are always great, one cannot directly or easily solve any of the questions.

Placement Experience :

Opportunities are very high. Product companies like amazon, Microsoft etc visiting our campus. Both summer internships and internships are provided for the students, average and reasonable stipends during internship is provided.

College Events :

Login- Conducted by MCA department. AnInternational level technical symposium. Minds- Conducted by MCA department. An intra-college Techincal level symposium. Both events are to find talents in computer science field.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible. Yearly around 50k, worth for the quality of education. Students can work upto anytime (even midnight) in labs. When compared to engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu, psg has upgraded machines, classrooms, knowledgeable faculties, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Loan is normal like other colleges but students clearing the entrance and who cannot afford 50k per year have a great opportunity. The alumni are always ready to pay college fee for those who cannot afford.

Campus Life :

Labs are always excellent. Upgraded to the latest in the market. Lab technicians are always available during the college hours, if any problem in machines solution are provided then and there. Much importance is always given to sports, cricket and volleyball team of psg tech is well-know in the south region.

Alumni/Alumna :

We have interaction every month. They help us in placement preparation, project guidance, refers Students for interviews and also pays fee for needy. Alumni have a great tendency to help their juniors.

Admission :

I cleared Tancet exam, then went to counseling. I got 28th rank in Tamil nadu so I got lateral entry. Initially I have to pay 5000 during counselling which will be deducted from the college fee later on. I provided them my original marksheets and documents.

Faculty :

Knowledgeable persons. In MCA dept Dr. Vijayalakshi Gav Pai, Mr Manavalan.R are 2 great faculty I have ever seen. Every faculty greets you back that's the way they treat students. One can contact any faculty for any doubts, they are always welcoming to help students.

NITT MCA 2023 REVIEW

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester students are eligible for placements for this course. Top companies visiting NITT are Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Adobe, etc. The highest package is around 40LPA, the average is around 12LPA and the lowest IS is around 5LPA. Around 90% and above students are placed every year. The top roles offered are SDE, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, etc.

How the Nit college for MCA

Placement Experience:

In Nit trichy the course is of three year and after first year student can take internship from the company and after second year student can sit for the campus placement. Many big companis like Amazon, google, microsoft, Goldmans and there are around 100+ companies came for the campus placement for the MCA students. Higest Averge company offer is fifty lakh by Amazon EWS for MCA and averge package is around 10 lakh and in this year Mostly companies came for data science and data anaylyst then software developer and lastly for web dveloper. Around 95 % students get placed in my time of the 2023 year . After getting the degree from the college as I have placed so my plan is to do the job

There Are More Chances To Get An Internship.

Placement Experience:

you will get a good placement there. i want to give advice that please perpair for one programming language like C++,JAVA. concepts of algorithm, in database sql and some reasoning that's fine. you will get 100% more then 5-7 LPA pakage in anywhere. you need to pay approx 6000 for placement you will get to give approx 100 compaines for interview. you need to try for good CGPA like more then 8 CGPA. minimum 60% in all acedmic to attend placement. don't worry you will get it.
